Amazing location and view!! The staff were so welcoming and kind!! Great restaurant too!! The bed wasn’t the best, but everything else was so wonderful it’s hard to even mention.

The view, of course. The pool. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The smell of the detergent in the room and on the bed linens.

Super hotel with extra friendly staff. And it has a real carpark under the hotel. We enjoyed a cold beer in the beer garden at night time and the breakfast was really nice. The extra bonus is that the staff were extra helpful and friendly. Be aware that its about a 30+ minute drive into Como and the road is extra narrow in places.

The view from the room is directly over the lake. Parking is by the hotel. easy to walk from the hotel to the ferry who can bring you across the lake to other cities/ places. Friendly staff..!

The view is amazing. Waking up with a very nice lake view makes you feel at peace. The position is very good, close to lots of places and near the ferry boat, so you can go anywhere. Everything was very good. If I have to say something, I would say the mini fridge (?), but just because it wasn’t cooling that much, but it didn’t matter.

Stunning view from the room We booked and paid for room which said “garden view” but stayed in the room directly viewing the lake which was absolutely stunning and we had 2 balconies as this was corner room it was very comfortable and cute Lovely and welcoming receptionist They have private garage where you can park the car for a certain charge Location is perfect near by beautiful Parco Teresio Olivelli Few cafes and restaurants

The property quiet antique maybe it say. Quiet match the lake como tranquila environment. Well located close to the most visit villa Balbianello and some beautiful historical properties and shoreline. The lake view room can see the corner of the villa Balbianello.

close proximity to the lake. staff was nice. Room was advertised as „lake view”. Unfortunately there was absolutely no lake view. Triple bed room was just a regular double with an c bed. Appliances are old. never seeen such a small TV. that was ridiculous.

Breakfast and view of the lake. Room was cold and the hotel could not solve the problem for 4 days. Location not good. Very far away from restaurants. İsolated location. Charged for car park space which was abundant and mostly empty. Did not have kettle in room asked but they refused. Only first day water was for free. Charged for other days. Did not mention this during check-in.

Everything, it was lovely and clean lovely staff location was great view from our room of the lake amazing good food. It was lovely to have the pool. We hope we can return one day. That we had to pay a high price for parking on site.

The view of lake Como from the balcony of our 3rd floor room. There was good car parking. We paid to reserve a space $15 per day but there was adequate space. There was only 1 electrical outlet in the room in a usable place, no bedside outlets or USB's. The breakfast was limited and reflected a low 3 star accomodation.

Perfectly comfortable hotel. Lovely swimming pool. Very good breakfast and extremely helpful staff. A bit of a distance from other amenities, as a wheelchair user.

I don’t know if they are collecting money for renevation or is it just making money for what they have now but it was dissapointment. The lakeview was there, but the busy road between the view wasn’t nice. Staff was great and kind!

Don’t hesitate to book if you’re after friendly service in a boutique feel hotel! :) The rooms are clean, the pool is lovely and the food is nice! Overall such a nice stay with our 10 month old and we would definitely book again with how friendly the staff were towards us. Any issues we had (not issues with the hotel) they were so lovely and would help us arrange taxis, boats and anything we wanted. They even let us stay at their property to use the pool and order food etc up until the following evening after check out due to lack of taxis available on the day of our departure back to Milan. The staff are 10/10 :)
