It was cheap for good quality. The owner was very kind. The location is perfect. Close to the bus station and a 15 min walk to the “town”. The toilet was not flushing well and the water in the shower was very weak.

Clean very spacious rooms Nothing all was fine

The place was really comfy. If you want to move to the City center by foot , it will be a little hard with the sun.

Clean. Simple Not really safe when it rains. The tiled stairs were dangerous to walk on.

Clean and minimalist environment. Breakfast was good. Slippery stairs made of tiles. It rained and didn’t feel safe. There were no types of abrasive material to ensure no slipping. Toilet was broken. No hot water for one of the days. Bathroom faucet leaked on the floor whenever the water was turned on. Overgrown vines, unkept, and poking you as you went up the stairs. Host was inconsistent - friendly one day and short on other days. No where to hang clothing to dry. A drying rack would have been appropriate since we swam everyday and our clothing was damp. Not allowed to eat in rooms. We had to sit outside in the heat with shewing flies. Breakfast was from 8:30 - 9:30. One tenant went down for breakfast at 9:20 and was told he went too late and everything was already put up. ?

Great location, the room was very clean and the breakfast is just what you need to start the day. Highly recommended.

The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, which isn’t really a huge bother but would be nice to have it consistent.

The owner was very extremely nice. The location is close to the beach, and only 5 minute walk from ado bus station. Bikes are available to rent The facilities can be improved. The sink in the toilet was leaking and the towels were not enough and a bit old.

Not worth the money

Very friendly host, simple but nice breakfast. Close to main road. Room was spacious but missed small things such as a night lamp.

The host is very friendly..the rooms are big enough and it is a good option for short stays..there is fridge in the room .we had a balcony in front of the room. The location is near the main road but still 20 mins on foot to the center. There are still some.construction works going around..the shower has not big water pressure.On the pics on booking there seems to be a luxorious touch which was missing.there.are.still.signs of paintings drops around and some rust in the bathroom.

The host was very friendly and enthusiastic. Very large room. Very close to ADO bus stop. It's a bit far from the lagoon. AC and shower could've worked better.

Alex is indeed a very friendly owner of this place that has lot of valuable tips and suggestions. As already mentioned before the shower pressure is very low so count on it. Room was ok, simple but ok. We didn't spend much time in there as we did some nice activities through the day. LA Cabanita restaurant, about 7 min walk, was really a super nice place with excellent food and very tasty cocktails, it's a must.

Clean, modern rooms. Nice bathroom and breakfast. In th afternoon and evening the shower never came through hot in either of the two rooms we booked. It did in the morning though.

Everything. Can't complain. The host was very friendly, helpful and a relaxed person. They also offer laundry service for 200 pesos which is not much considering the amount of clothes you can wash. Nothing honestly
