The staff was very friendly. The hostel seems to be very new. We had a private room and it was super big, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. There are several different hang out areas so it's a good place to socialize with people. They took good care that there was no loud music after 12 in the evening so you can get a good rest. There is a bar in the hostel which is nice -but therefor you are not allowed to bring your own drinks and the prices for drinks at the bar were really high! We were shocked for a hostel for young people they should definitely adjust the prices! The kitchen should be better equipped!

Party hostel. Appropriate only for once who doesn’t like to sleep and love noise because they’re party all night. It looks nice, but the Wi-Fi doesn’t work and there is so much noise
-
Bar looked nice at first but it turned out like karaoke bar where drunken kids out of school are screaming. It’s not the atmosphere for adults but for beginners of alcohol…

The variety of room types, both shared and private, gives you the opportunity to meet lots of people from different places and with different lifestyles. The staff—Eduardo, Gris, Eric, Kevin, and a couple of others whose names I can’t recall—are extremely attentive and hospitable. They organize activities to entertain guests while also encouraging everyone to socialize, and they even put together great parties so everyone can have a good time. My room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—everything was great. As for the facilities, the pool area and the different terraces offer plenty of spaces to relax, and if you need to work, the coworking area is quiet. For me, it’s essential to have a place to put all my clothes away and hang my shirts, and even though the photo of the room I rented showed something for that, the actual room didn’t have that piece of furniture.

WiFi is great for digital nomads as I am. They have their own space for working, with ac and good WiFi. Also The location is great, it’s 5mins walk to eco park where you can get into the lagoon and close to the center of the town and local market. I stayed in a dorm and it was really dark during the day, so if you need to look for something in your back you need to use a lamp.

Not the best Che hostel (the worst actually) Checked in very early and requested a bottom bed They denied the request even there were empty beds in my room. Also aircon was setup extremely low and you can barely feel cool air flowing (it was really hot and humid inside and outside the room)

The music was too loud and its mostly limited to a couple of styles

The spot has some nice open common areas. It is very social, and the use of the credit bracelet system allows for easy ordering without having to carry cash. Very welcoming and assisted setting up excursions.

I love the terrorist. The ambience was good. A good night Bar the people are great. For one of the nights I had to stay on a studio a that’s located in front of the hostel and it was terrible it did not make the standards as the private rooms inside of the hostel the bed had bedbugs. The toilet was not working. It just looked like nothing like the other rooms inside of the hostel It was horrible.

The showers were a little gross and with no water pressure or heat, but I haven’t been in any other hostel with these before anyway ?

- Bed comfortable and clean - Air conditioning good - Pool - Staff very unfriendly... I know this better from other Che Hostels and all other hostels. On the last evening the staff were so unfriendly that I was really shocked, I've never experienced anything like it. The drinking water for refilling was empty and I had asked the staff if they could refill the water. Apparently they didn't have enough. But the staff member told me this in the most unfriendly way I have ever seen. Even though I simply asked. I don't know what happened to him during the day, but to have someone so disrespectful working in the hostel is really questionable! There was also probably a water dispenser in the kitchen, which he didn't tell me directly. First I was supposed to "buy" water... - Too expensive for the price at the weekend! The hostel is not worth just under 20 USD/night at the weekend - so much was empty or didn't work! - No free drinking water to refill - it was empty and wasn't refilled throughout the day. The dispenser in the kitchen didn't work all the time either - Wifi in bed very poor and not usable at all - No towel - no shampoo - no shower gel - Very loud music into the night - the kitchen was empty of salt, pepper and oil - Card payment costs 4% more! This is not mentioned on Booking.com. Fees included - Shower water was not warm - since the socket on the bed is facing downwards, my plug fell out all the time and I couldn't charge with it - Toilets could be cleaned more often - Accessibility via Whatsapp

“Like a Sauna with Thieves and Attitude – A Cautionary Tale” If you're looking for the full hostile hostel experience, look no further. This place manages to be both sweltering and cold-hearted in equal measure. Despite promising air conditioning in their listing, what we got was 36 degrees of unrelenting heat and exactly zero degrees of empathy. One of our group resorted to sleeping with a bag of ice just to survive the night – and woke up soaked, not with sweat from restful sleep, but from her rapidly melted bedfellow. When we asked for the air con, we were told the remote was a sacred relic guarded at the front desk. Our repeated offers to pay for an upgrade or cover the cost of the air con were met with sneers and shrugs from staff who clearly missed the "hospitality" part of hostel management. The rudeness didn’t end there. Staff made sure to add a tip to every bill – even if you were just buying a bottle of water. We asked, again and again, not to include tips. They ignored us, and we eventually had to eat the cost of their involuntary generosity. A 60-person group buying water and beers adds up fast when you’re tipping for every cap twisted. Bedsheets? Only if you brought your own or are content sleeping under your paid-and-tipped-for towel. A majority of our 50-60 person group were left to burrito themselves in bathroom linen because apparently, sheets are a luxury item now. And just when you think it couldn’t get worse, multiple people in our group had cash stolen directly from their bags and wallets. When we raised it with staff, we got the same response we received about the air con: absolutely nothing. In short, this place is the Bermuda Triangle of basic decency – hot, unhelpful, and mysteriously short on your money by the end.

Very friendly staff. Nice pool with bar/restaurant. Lots of social activities. Room was very hot during the day (only airconditioning in the evening). Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.

Terrible place, terrible experience. My card was overcharged, at check in they couldn’t tell me what is the difference. Staff and volunteers are terrible, they don’t care about guest, the most important thing for them is just to have fun and entertain the other staff member. Room, bathroom and common area are constantly dirty. AC WAS REALLY WEEK AND THEY SWITH ON only at 19:30 until 07:00 am, during the day was 35C, room boiling hot. Weird vibe everywhere, bar and restaurant overpriced but zero quality. They trying to force to make some party but you can feel it…
