Hotel & Suites Oasis Bacalar

Very spacious apartment and fully equipped kitchen. Also centrally located to many nice restaurants. Used the pool each day. Small detail but there was minimal water pressure in the shower and it took a very long time to get warm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, the location was good as I was able to walk to many places. The room was also an ample size and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking and eating necessities. And it was so close to the beautiful lagoon. So peaceful there.

Room was a good size. Very comfortable We had balcony overlooking the pool. Location close to restaurants, Centro Plaza, & the lagoon. Staff was friendly & helpful Issues with barking dogs at night, but that’s beyond the control of the hotel. Suggest ear plugs. We forgot ours. :-(

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Fast service, response time is very quick. They make you feel at home and have lots of information for you about Bacalar.

We have stayed at Oasis many times over the years because it is always wonderful. The pool, location and our room were perfect. The staff Mario, Karla and Stephen are great and always make our stay exceptional. They are always friendly and very helpful. We will look forward to seeing them again next year! Nothing, I had everything I needed and it was in a great location.

Room, Manati, was a bit funky but great. Loved the informal style and little kitchen. Everything was provided and you felt the mgmt thought about guest comfort a lot. Pool was lovely, but only has morning sun. English and Spanish spoken. No restaurant on site but many. and good ones within a couple of blocks. Was able to find some wine in local stores and in most restaurants. One block down to the Lagoon for excursions and places to eat, drink. Met some nice people also staying there. Lots of European tourists and friendly to LGBTQ crowd. Books available. Senior Taco often played loud music across the street. Also our meal there was the only one that we had that was poor.

Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice and sunny with lots of windows.

Staff were lovely and friendly. The location was conveniently close to the centre of town and near the lake. The room was well equipped with kitchen facilities. It was clean and the pool area was well maintained The room was noisy. There is a nearby bar, but it seems to close around 11. The fridge in the room was also noisy.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was AMAZING. They checked in every day to see if we needed anything and if we did, it was brought to us promptly. I loved everything! I would 100% recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay again if I’m back.

We really liked having a kitchen and appreciated all the extra touches that made our stay very comfortable. The property is well taken of and the staff are super nice and helpful. The location was great in the center of town. nothing bad to report. loved everything

Close to everything, the lagoon, restaurants, activities, etc. The staff was amazing, pool was great, we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The property is well maintained, spacious and has everything you need for a short or long visit.

It was hard to get warm water but I think that is due to the area in general. It wasn't a deal breaker for me.

I definitely recommend Oasis for your stay.

The Oasis get the simple things right, a well equipped and comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff. It is a leafy, peaceful location but just a short walk from both the lagoon and the town centre. The pool area is a great spot to both sunbath or relax and hide from the midday sun. Steven and his team are always on hand for help and advice on food, activities, booking a taxi etc. Thoroughly recommend!
