Clean comfortable and close to lagoon

Excelente nos gustó muchísimo

One staff member was rude. Breakfast was nothing special. Rooms are not as fancy as they seem.

I appreciate all the beautiful greenery around the hotel. I loved the breakfast buffet and the location. It was a bit pricey. But the bfast buffet made up for it .

Room was large and comfortable, A/C worked well, pool was nice and clean, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very ggod. Early morning coffee was supposed to be available t the reception desk, but it was hot water and instant coffee. Also, the selection of tea was not the greatest.

No complaints. We'll be back

The water temperature for the shower can get too hot quickly. It takes a lot of adjusting to get a comfortable water temperature

Located on a quiet street, with nice a tropical feel. Clean pool with a rooftop small pool. Friendly staff. good breakfast and water cooler.

Central location, you can walk to the Laguna and the center, pleasant property well maintained . Quiet, clean place. Felt very safe. They helped with a good tour of the Laguna for a fair price. Parking right outside or in the lot across the street Staff Is helpful and welcoming. Good size room with balcony and hammock was great. Bed and pillows comfortable. Good breakfast Nothing

We stayed at this hotel for one night with my boyfriend and really enjoyed the atmosphere. From the moment you enter, it feels like being surrounded by nature — with palm trees everywhere, it almost feels like a small jungle oasis. The pool area is lovely and perfect for relaxing, and breakfast in the morning was good and abundant, a great way to start the day. One of the best things about this hotel is the location: it’s truly within walking distance of the center of Bacalar, making it very easy to explore the town. Our room was beautifully decorated with Mayan-inspired details, which gave it a unique and local touch. We especially loved the terrace with the hammock — such a nice spot to relax. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was kind and welcoming, always polite and available when needed. Overall, it was a peaceful, pleasant stay with a great atmosphere, perfect for a short stop in Bacalar. .

Wonderful buffet style breakfast included which was a great start to the day. Centrally located so you can walk to most shopping and restaurants.
