Clean Cozy Don’t know is the pool have some algae. Its seem to be clean, but when you enter the walls and floor felt some slippery.

Location Sheets were dirty with powder soap on them, the rest of the room was NOT clean. The A/C didn’t work properly and they refused to move us to another room.

Loved the balcony and coziness of the room. Wifi was awful.

Location ,enclosed parking, great service breakfast included a plus and people . I do apologize not good with names all of them where awesome our housekeeper Nereida did the extra mile.

the location and the staff

Good value for the money and the location is fantastic being centrally located to the city square and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The included breakfast was simple, but good. WiFi coverage was not great and could not connect while in the upper floor rooms. The room door knob was loose and took a bit of time to get the key to work. An easy fix, so hopefully staff will correct in the future.

The unit only came with sheets and with the AC on, it was too cold and with the AC off, it was too warm. The AC leaked and splashed water on my head. The bed also smelled badly of mold.

In a central area walkable to most everything. Very large room with refrigerator and small cooking area. Nice deck with hammock!

Loved the room, the facilities, excellent and incredibly friendly staff. The location, although it is in downtown, it is too far to their club and the laguna in the hot Balacar sun. Taxis are too expensive to be taking one everyday and walking is impossible in the heat. You need a vehicle to get around.

Room was huge Shower good with hot water. Fabulous location Pool nice Staff very friendly No coffee maker We did not cook, but would have had nothing to eat off. Kitchen needs to be better stocked Lots of issues with air con and power

The place is well located and equipped! The beds are not so comfortable. We suggest to have better ones.

Nice pool, close to centre of town, Lagoon area wasn’t what I was expecting,but it was a dock with chairs overlooking the lake,.. room was tight for 3, I thought it might be bigger since they called it a suite but we made it work

The food in the restaurant was good. However, there was loud music videos playing. The coffee was not drinkable. Location was great, room very nice but without inside table and chairs.

Quiet and relaxing place. Well equipped and spacious room. Big and nice balcony and, nice pool. Location just 2 blocks front town's centre and the "lake".

Staff was really nice. The rooms downstairs are very moldy because the climate is Just very humid. However, It was so moldy, that we couldn't sleep there with our kids. They offered us a new room immediately. It was upstairs, had better ventilation and the mold is just in the bathroom. The hotel ammenities are nice, the pool is clean, they offer free drinking water and the attached restaurant is yummy. The Beach club is basically just a simple access to the lagoon, but very beautiful. It's close to the center which is very lovely in the evenings. With kids it's also great during the day because the central square has a lot of playgrounds where the small one can play. I understand that the climate is very humid. However, when guests pay this much money for a room, the room has to be free of mold. It should also be cleaned properly, not just painted over, otherwise the problem will persist.

We appreciate the good location of the hotel, the grooming, the comfortable sleeping and the cleanliness. Front desk service diligent and helped us connect to a different SSID as the standard wifi offered was very weak. We didn't take advantage of the inviting swimming pool as it often rained heavily. The biggest advantage was the excellent "Mr Taco" restaurant opposite. The downsides were the (traditional) lack of hooks and lines for drying wet things and the poor internet in the room. The front desk helped us by connecting to a different SSID. The lagoon was a bit further to get to, but the club facilities and kayak offerings were worth to visit.
