Parking, the room was quite well appointed but shower was rubbish (see below). Location was quite convienient. The shower barely amounted to a dribble, so could not wash properly. Not hot water on both days. in an area where bottled water is recommended, why put an open jug of water in the room ? Does not make sense. WiFi rubbish.

Clean comfy, great beds, great service

Great location right across from the boardwalk into the mangroves. Also, a little out of the main town center, so very quiet. Great breakfast and within easy walking distance of some great restaurants. If you want to go to town center at night, use a Didi or Uber. Wonderful staff and owners. everything was great

Location and access to the Laguna Room was basic. Could use nice bedding and linens. Lots of steps up to the top level.

Everything! Location is perfect, quiet area, across the street from the lagoon. Beautiful Mexican architecture with lots of outdoor areas & a pool for lounging. The Owner & the staff are wonderful, warm & welcoming, very helpful & professional! They Booked us a great boat excursion, sent our clothes out to be laundered & met our every need & request. It is IMPECCABLY clean! The Complimentary breakfast & coffee were delicious with so many options. There are bikes available for use and yoga on the deck daily! The value here is amazing. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you so very much!??? Can’t think of anything. Didn’t want to leave!

The staff was very helpful with information about the area and they were all very nice and helpful and the location was amazing. It was close to almost everything that we needed. We were also given the option to use bikes, which is very convenient. Nothing

Good location, close to the lagoon and a nice spot to swim. Walking distance to the centre and good restaurants. Room was big compared to others, comfortable beds, ac and hot shower working properly. Friendly staff Swimming pool wasn’t very clean. The restaurant is very famous because of a korean reality show but it needs organisation and some help in the kitchen for the busy time, waiting time is too long and not the best food (specially when is busy)

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Outside areas pool and rooftop great. Loved the location. Rooms did not match the hotel as a whole. A bit basic and dated. It did not spoil our stay. I would still recommend to friends.

Location was a short walk to the lagoon and close to the town. Staff were very friendly here and the free breakfast was great with a few options. Property has a pool , many hammocks , and a good rooftop view.

The staff spray cleaner at cats to try and get them out of the restaurant. They sprayed one cat in the eye, and one cat looks in bad shape, with sores and lumps on its back! They are animal abusers! They should build a gate at the top of their stairs so the cats don't go in, but rather, they spray the cats every 10 minutes! They have been reported to peta, the humane society and local council as they are a complete disgrace!

Excellent ubication

It was a cute property with lovely staff and a really good breakfast I wish the mattresses were more comfortable and the pillows a little flatter. Hard on the neck

Some amenities were broken. Toilet seat and room safe.

Disappointing

Amazing location Room was noisy.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We did not have hot water in the evening. In the morning, there was still no hot water until staff reset the boiler. There were various constructions going on in the hotel. The breakfast was quite disappointing.

Nice new rooms and next to Jinny's Kitchen from Amazon Prime Some noise from the construction, but this looks to be nearly finished, and all work was only during normal hours.
