Lack of hooks and storage in the bedroom, nowhere to hang clothes, plugs too high to charge phones

I liked the location- one block away from the laguna Bacalar ! I liked how clean rooms are . Zero !

Super location right near the lagoon. We had a really spacious triple room. Lovely rooftop common area. Friendly staff who were really helpful, giving us information and calling taxis for us. Free coffee in the morning is a lovely touch!

Excellent location ++. 1 block from the lagoon and 1 block from the centre. Was quiet at night. Big room, with massive king bed. Good airconditioning. Clean bathroom, excellent water pressure and hot water. Staff were friendly. Had a beautiful common balcony that overlooked the lagoon, stunning at sunrise and sunset. Had a common area kitchen with big fridge which was great. Would definitely stay again! They weren't very liberal with the toilet paper, so I had to keep asking for more. And only cleaned our room when we asked, but when they did, they did an excellent job. Also would have been good to have fly screens on the windows so could have them open at night.

I loved the location closed to town centre, laundry, restaurants, room cleaned daily and nice view from the terrace. Super fast internet and helpful staff. Totally recommend the place! They could do with side small lamp, but its a very minor thing :)

The is a budget hotel, so the price is right. For the inexpensive price, you get a clean, basic room, fast wifi, free coffee, and a nice family (I think) running the place. I paid an extra dollar a night for the deluxe room, so I had a private entrance a balcony. The place is just up a hill from the lagoon. It's about a 30 second walk to get to some piers where you can book a boat tour. The place is not fancy, but that's reflected in the price. The curtains do not keep the sun out, so you need a sleep mask. The patio has no shelter from the blazing sun in the morning, so is not usable after 9 am. Only one guy speaks English. This is Mexico, after, so I can't hold that against them. But it's something to keep in mind if you're like me and bumbling around with limited Spanish. I was still able to communicate basic things with them.

We had a fridge in our room and could use kitchen in morning to make a hot drink. Plates etc also. Location gr8 only 5 minutes walk to centre Amazing showers warm Plus could be one or two water bottles in your room.

Super nice hotel ideally located. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I had a lovely time there! There was a little issue with the water which was running weirdly at times but nothing too annoying!
