Close to the lake and and small downtown

The room was beautiful and spacious, very clean. The pool and view pleasant and the location was right across the street from the lagoon. Close to several good cafes. Had lovely tour options with pick up from the hotel.

Location was great. We had room with private balcony and a great view. Trash on the bar/table that stayed there all week.

We had a beautiful view of the water. The bed was comfortable the room was really nice and we hat hot water for showers.

So many stairs but that cant be avoided.

The view from the hotel deck of the lagoon was spectacular. The hotel has several places to sit and relax Our room badly needed renovations. It was dark, old and worn. You could see in the bathroom where the ceiling had been painted to cover the black mold. I could see that other rooms facing the pool area had been remodeled and updated and were beautiful. During our visit the pool was only partially filled until our last day there. But the pool area, was great with tanning beds, lots of seating and of course that beautiful view of the lagoon. There was also a bar area that was unused? Given more updating, repairing and utilizing the social spaces, this hotel could be exquisite!

Beautiful hotel & property with gorgeous views. Excellent location with public lagoon access across the street. Water in shower never got warm even after letting it run for over 30 minutes. Had to take cold showers.

Bad service, they didn't provide towels toilet paper there's no hot water

Internet connection was bad. pool not great. room.waa a bit cold and no blankets.

No coffee, pool was a problem, one sheet, nothing else, and it was cold at night, we slept in our clothes.

We liked the central location. Within walking distance for everything we wanted to see. Views are great. Maybe a in the hotel for a morning coffee or maybe a coffee maker in the room? About a 15-minute walk for a good coffee but the cafes don't open until 9 am. I'm a morning person. Up around 6. But watching the sunrise made up for it.

I recently returned to this hotel after a previous great stay, and I’m so glad I did! It’s rare to find a place that continues to exceed expectations, but this one absolutely does. Since my last visit, they’ve expanded the hotel with a beautiful new pool and an inviting open space that adds even more charm to the property. The rooms, as always, are spotless clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are hands down the sweetest, most accommodating people I’ve encountered in hospitality. Every single person goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued. You’re not just another check-in here they make you feel special. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s a lovely, relaxing place to stay, and the price makes it all the more amazing. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Comfy beds nice showers, parking, smart tv. Close to everything. Nive view of the lagoon.

The rooms are spacious and the bed is good. Don’t even know where to start. Of course we didn’t pay for a 5-star hotel but expected more. The staff does not speak any English. The WiFi does not work well. The electricity/generator went down a couple of times during our stay. Pool is very cold. Above all the staff was simply unkind and unhelpful. We asked for an extra key for the room, not possible. Beach towels for the pool, not possible. Just missed hospitality and kindness in general. The hotel also had a lot of small things that felt like loose ends that needed fixing.
