Amazing place to visit and wonderful vibe. The jet ski hourly rate is too much dear.

Breakfast is included and quality was regular. Variety issue.

Everything was exactly the same as the pictures! The breakfast buffet was nice, room was very clean and everyone was kind ! I love that the water at the dock is very swimmable and equipped with life jackets and kayaks. Lots of chairs and shaded areas ! There was nothing I disliked.

Beds were confortables, overall a great stay! Pillows are too big (not thin enough) but that seems to be the case everywhere in Mexico!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The property is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and made to order omelets.

excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner! They need to work on the lighting in the rooms. They need a reading lamp instead of having the big light on all the time.

All of the staff were outstanding. We were in room Number 1 and an electric pump kept turning on and off all night long. Terrible sleep.

We loved this Solana Hotel. We will def stay here the next time we go to Bacalar. Our room was perfect. There are no bad rooms. Breakfast was served 8-11 am, and included both hot and cold items. Worth the price. Didn't like the kids. The hotel was full on our last day, which made for a slower breakfast with too many people in line.

Beautiful location . Wonderful breakfast included . Friendly and helpful staff . Use of kayaks and canoes . Kitchen was open late with very tasty food and drinks

Very good, it's a new property and they are still implementing new things everyday The hotel is a bit to far from town. Food is available by delivery.

Great bathroom—shower was roomy and had non slip floor. The place is relatively new so everything modern and working well. Restaurant served a variety of good food—simple, not fufu or gourmet. Property fronts the lake—beautiful waters. For the price, the bedroom was small—I think they included the front porch in the stated room size. Chairs were not comfortable for extended sitting.

The staff is kind and welcoming. Jet skis are available for rent, free kayaks are a big plus, and the view is breathtaking, very relaxing place. Food is good .beds are comfortable Bedrooms 1 and 2 are fine. Any other room is very noisy. You hear breakfast being set up around 6, neighbors using the bathroom at night, and even someone talking on the street at night . The wooden bedrooms are beautiful and elegant, but there is zero soundproofing. Breakfast is limited after 9:45. Several items were already gone. Check your restaurant bill.
