The area was nice. The internet was slow, no towels were provided and the AC broke down.

Parking lot, walking distance to shops and town center. Pool and breakfast available. Friday night LOUD music til 11. Clutter on paths from cleaning staff.

The breakfast is great option, super simple and tasty

Looks nothing like the pictures and the pool was broken and empty, even though it’s the first photo, false advertising. Mold ALL over the walls in the room, triggered my asthma so badly I had to leave after 20 mins. Terrible place, far from town, horrific rude staff

The price... I chose this place even though it was further from the Lagoon because of the colorful rooms and beautiful paintings. I arrived there to a room that was not the one rented, all walls white... :(

I like the location close to the Laguna, the breakfast was delicious! It will be a bonus to have a little fridge in the room, but is not a must.

Great Location, very reasonable price and very clean Nothing

The heat pump started to leak quite considerably onto the bead. We kindly asked if it could be fixed or if we could change rooms, to which she said we couldn’t. We then asked if we could have a refund and go elsewhere. Where she also said she couldn’t. Even though she obviously can… we needed to pay for two accomodations for two nights because of the terrible customer service and problems at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. They will turn a minor inconvenience into a major one. Also the wifi doesn’t work in the rooms.

The price was great! Very clean, basic, quiet. Got a good night's sleep. There was a smell of humidity when first arriving, but turning on the air conditioner got rid of it. The shower curtain wasn't quite long enough to prevent water from splashing everywhere, but no big deal given the price.

Liked: Size of the room, cleanliness and the pool! Less great: No wifi in the room and even at reception sometimes poor, no fridge available to use, one particular member of staff at reception unhelpful and rude (other staff members were nice).

Very good

Nice large clean room. Close to walk to town. Nice swimming pool. The water pressure is not great. Long time for toilet to fill. Wirh long hair takes a long time to rinse out shampoo!

Confortable No Complains

Location, pool, breakfast, quiet evenings. For the price, it was good. I'd stay again. 12 minute walk to the lagoon and an atm machine. Little store around the corner. 80 pesos for a taxi ride from Tren Maya Station to hotel The shower head didn't work. It was like a mister. I had to use our friends shower to was my hair. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, so if you want to keep anything cold to drink, bring an ice chest. No hand towels in the bathroom. The beds were kinda hard, but I slept okay.

Good budget accommodation, clean and comfortable beds. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. We felt very good staying here. Rooms dont smell that good.
