The place was amazing loved everything!!

I love this place ♥️

Room was comfortable enough. I received multiple WhatsApp messages the prior day to confirm my arrival time but when I arrived there was NO ONE at the property. I walked around the community WITH my luggage for 2 more hours, then I received another message saying that someone was there. And when I returned I still had to wait for someone to arrive at the front desk. It was evening when I finally got into my room.

Cold water in the shower and no window in the room.

The room was very clean and staff very helpful The location was a bit far from the lake. Also a person with disabilities have no access to, but it is mentioned in the hotel’s description

Good location, just a short walk to the main restaurants and lagoon, although do note the hotel is above a hardware warehouse! Room was comfortable, modern and great value for the price - loved the shampoo and bathroom. Nothing - great value.

Due to the Hotel being over a business, you hear the shutter going down at closing time and going up at early morning. Also, our room was right next to the front desk you can hear the staff talking and going by our room often. Recommend that they have better door that does not see through and thicker door, if possible.

It was quite. Nothing special, but can't complain much. Good for a short stay The bedshits had some humidity signmarks. Looks like hotel was renovated, but some works weren't finished. No glass between shower and toilet and water sprays into toilet. Some hangers are missing. A bit far from the center. There is not much access to lagoon from Bacalar. Was ok for us. with boat trip that starts 20 min away from hotel and beach club 35 min away - taxi costs 70 pessos. But lots of good restaurants 5-15 min walk way

Good for a short stay

The Room was ver nice , big , clean, with streaming services avail on a large flatscreen which was nice. Big comfy bed. Nice bathroom The location was good for being near the public lagoon and the local fresh fruit market it would have been nice if there was a better coffee situation in the morning or a more comfortable lounge or courtyard area but you can't have everything

Had to ask for items listed in features. Hair dryer, soap, extra towel, extra glass, hammock, toilet paper.

Clean and good location

The rooms are above a diy store and are open, rather than being in a closed building which was unexpected although there was night security. No windows in the room and little to no soundproofing so lots of noise from neighbors.

Very nice

Nice, clean and close to the market. Really quiet at night and really comfy beds! The only downside is that in our room there was no window at all (it was communicated at the time of the booking so for us it was no surprise). That was still ok for us as we stayed only one night, but I could not picture how that would work for longer stays.

Close to the center, nice staff, super clean!

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms are very clean and the sheets smell really good :) There's unlimited water, tea and coffee. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the center. We rented bicycles directly from the hotel for 100 pesos each. We loved our stay.
