The staff was incredibly friendly. We arrived late and the chef stayed late to cook us a pizza so we could have something to eat. The parking lot was large and had great sized parking spaces. The room was spacious and clean and it had air conditioning. The food in the restaurant was delicious. It was very convenient getting to the airport in the morning. The location was nice and quiet. We loved it!

This is a very cute hotel. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated (including the bathroom) and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having air conditioning, a refrigerator, you could make your own coffee & tea in the room. I saw there was a restaurant but I did not have time to use it. It was a very good experience staying here. One drawback was having to walk to another hotel down the street dragging your suitcase to catch a shuttle bus to and from the airport. But at least you could get to the airport without calling a taxi. I also asked when I checked in for wake up call the next morning so I would not be late to the airport and nobody bothered to knocked on my door to remind me. Good thing I had my phone set as a back up.

The room was comfortable and cool on a hot day. Construction on the road outside made things noisier than usual. I thought it was strange that the shuttle from the airport was free but the shuttle back to the airport was 6 euros.

When I asked about the shuttle, the front desk told me the driver was on a break from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. As a result, I had no choice but to spend €20 on an Uber to get to the airport. Ironically, just as my Uber arrived, the hotel shuttle pulled up. Had I been given accurate information, I could have used the shuttle and avoided this unnecessary expense. To make matters worse, I was also given incorrect information about the shuttle itself. I was told it was a red bus, so I stood outside for approximately 30 minutes looking for the wrong vehicle. This poor communication caused unnecessary confusion, wasted my time, and ultimately cost me money. Even after I explained what had happened, there was little effort to resolve the situation or make up for the inconvenience. Better customer service would have included some gesture of goodwill or an offer to help in another way. Overall, the communication was extremely poor, and it turned what should have been a simple airport transfer into a frustrating and expensive experience.

Some of the staff was lost in translation and didn’t understand what I was communicating. They could work on the diplomatic approach.

We stayed in the apartment and really loved the layout and overall setup. While it wasn’t necessarily dirty, there were spider webs in several areas, which made it feel like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. The air conditioning worked well enough during our stay, but if the weather had been any hotter, the units likely would not have been sufficient to keep the apartment comfortably cool.

A small hotel with big personality, it has been my favorite for years. Located on the edge of a lovely, walkable town. Family atmosphere. Very comfortable and clean, with a nice restaurant (outdoor seating, too!), bar, and a good buffet breakfast. The airport shuttle only hoes to the Ramada across the road, a short walk but can be a problem in bad weather and/or with lots of baggage. Also for anyone who has difficulty walt.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast and both were well prepared and tasty and the table service was excellent.

Quiet, clean, very comfortable bed and nice beddings, very tasty decor, close to the airport. Stuff is easy going, helpful and kind.

Very clean and up to date. A short walk to the bus stop that takes you anywhere in Amsterdam. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Maps and the little cards to help you navigate your first bus trips were a nice touch.
