I enjoyed the breakfast and the overall vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The room and bed were comfortable. The aircon and wifi worked well. There was plenty of safe parking The staff were hit and miss - some extremely friendly and others quite dismissive. I asked reception to call a taxi, and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, only to go back to the desk and discover from a different employee, that it hadn't even been ordered... There was supposed to be a "free shuttle" but apparently it was out of order during my stay, which I wasnt informed of in advance, and once again - staff very dismissive when this was raised. You definitely need a car for this hotel!! I didn't have a car, and there is absolutely nothing in the surrounding area. The hotel also doesnt serve lunch so you are pretty stuck during the day unless you get a bus/taxi out. The taxis were also few and far between.

This was my second stay at Urban Resort, and once again it was an excellent experience. As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout my stay. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and attention to detail were exceptional. I highly recommend Urban Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my second visit just as memorable as the first. I will definitely be back again!
