Valmer Resort

Pool villa views were amazing, lots of space, decent sized pool for two people. The villa was recently renovated. The balcony is huge and you can enjoy the nature around you. The staff was very polite. No daily room cleaning. Restrictive time windows for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Towels didn’t smell fresh.

The room is very big and clean with amazing view, the staff are very welcoming and responsive to any request The golf car is a plus, the view is amazing, the location is good near to a small restaurant, beach and one supermarket by walking but if they are closed it becomes difficult if you dont have car The food tastes delecious with good quantities everything else was perfect we enjoyed our stay except the AC in the room The only disadvantage was the AC in the room, it was very small compared to the room size and the room was always hot as if its not working and it couldnt be fixed

You get exactly what you expect by looking at the images on the site. A great views, clean, comfortable environment, very friendly staff. Definitely would come back again. You need a car. Great location to the best beaches. Give yourself time when heading back to the airport which is not far but traffic may become an issue.

As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, we expected at least a basic sense of comfort and hospitality, but unfortunately this hotel made us feel quite the opposite. On the second day of our stay, a male staff member approached us in a very unpleasant and aggressive manner simply because we took a small amount of leftover food from breakfast. I was aware that the food would be thrown away anyway, so I wanted to avoid unnecessary waste, but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. We tried to resolve the matter at the reception, but it quickly became clear that the staff here have absolutely no skills in managing difficult situations or finding solutions that could satisfy their guests. You truly feel like an intruder in this hotel — every small request turns into a problem. For example, we had to repeatedly ask for water to be provided in the gym, even though it was supposed to be available at all times. We ordered takeaway breakfasts twice (for early excursions), carefully writing down exactly what we wanted and in what quantity, yet both times our orders were incorrect. Cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. The gym had broken equipment and was often out of water, our room had cockroaches, and the pool towels were terribly stained. Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet even basic standards of service and hospitality. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially to women traveling alone — you’ll feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and disappointed.

Trip to town

Very nice property with very nice views from the balcony. There is a really nice beach just 2 minutes by car. The food is great and they arranged a birthday cake too on very short notice. Views from across the resort was amazing. Good spa too. It’s built on a hill and can be challenging for those with climbing issues. It’s perfectly fine with a car as you can park as near the rooms as possible. Also the walk to and from the restaurant also requires a bit of walking on elevation.

Breakfasts were also nice, they can cook different types of eggs for you or pancakes and fresh fruits were delicious. Special thanks to Hanzala, he went above and beyond with delivering an amazing service ? Cleaning was done daily and properly. There are few nice pools inside the Resort, but honestly saying you don’t need them because there is a beautiful white sand beach nearby which is totally worth to visit( it’s just 5-10 minutes walking) Everything was perfect. Thank you

Stunning location

Villa with private pool was amazing! Eveything was soo perfect we did not want to leave to exlplore any other islands but to spend whole vacation there :) Very tasty breakfasts! Also we tried Creole cuisine on Sunday (only Sundays and Wednesdays). In general everything was perfect. Some things that is not very familiar to us: for the coffee machine in kitchen (nescafe dolce gusto type) you need to buy capsules from restaurant. But if you are OK with instant coffees, they place 2 sacks each day. Also except the day of arrival water bottles not provided.
