Everything is outstanding Nothing

Very well maintained and good location. Liked the hike to the mount within the property. Beautiful views from top All good

No attention to small details e.g. the snacks given to us by the hotel were never cleaned out of the room, dehumidifier needed cleaning. Just small things

Reception is nice, restaurants are ok in the hotel. Outdated, needs refurbishing. Does not feel like a 5 star Kempinski experience. Prices at the hotel too expensive. As well, we asked for a bit later checkout which could not be accommodated in half empty resort. Overall not worth the money.

Great resort, nice staff at the reception, lovely facilities Nothing
-
Lovely area The high cost of one bedroom

The location is convenient if you are looking to stay on the main island. They have their own private beach and it’s very quiet and clean! It’s our second time in Seychelles and last time we booked Hilton on a private island which was also an amazing option but they bought their shares to a Maldivian brand but for a hotel on the mainland Kempinski is ok for bad. The property is fine but it needs bicycles like the other hotels on the other islands, yoga or any sports activities which are also helpful for people to relax, and tour organizing as they don’t organize activities to visit Seychelles to go to la digue we had to book with getyourguide. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Now all these beautiful feelings makes me down , I was requested to late check out at 1 pm , and they agreed , I was expecting same and while we preparing our check out they call and said our check out is at 11 , other check in guest arrived already and needs to check out in 10 Mnts , with 2 kids to check out immediately is impossible and very polite request made to extend 30 Mnts to check out , but hard negotiations to extend 5 Mnts more to 15 Mnts and big stress put on us to vecate , so make sure with email what you agreed before check in

Beautiful property with a nice beachfront view The service was not great. For the price you pay the toilet didnt work and the staff were rude. The prices of food and drinks was overpriced as well. Not worth the money. Dont waste your money getting ripped off.

Food was quite sub par with very limited options for young kids (they need a change of chef). Most other 5 star hotels in the region have multiple food options

Every thing Nothing

Beach side Pool was closed; restaurants close around 09:30!! The windsong cafe staff is super lazy! Boring place

The gym was another highlight, fully equipped with everything necessary for a complete workout. A special touch that made my stay memorable was when the staff surprised me with a cute birthday cupcake during breakfast. Overall, the team was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I would like to extend my gratitude to all of them, and especially to Louai from Egypt, for their outstanding hospitality. The only area that I felt needed improvement was the food. I tried the buffet several times, and while it was acceptable, it was quite standard. Considering the amount I was paying, I expected a higher quality and more memorable dining experience.

The General manager ,F&B manager and night manager Akram from( Egypt)was very friendly and helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were good sized, but were smelling of mold. I had 3 rooms One of my room had to be changed because of the smell. The beach is very nice but we couldn’t use it during our 15 days due to jelly fish . I understood that every year this season this is the case. This should be mentioned before reservation since the Hotel without the beach was useless . I had to take my family to different locations for the sea. Finally and most important was regarding my extra charges. The Hotel double charged my expenses which I noticed and had them remove after to see that charge was added back. It took me 30 minutes to make them understand their mistake. I was really frustrated with the front office . So you better check twice your bill before paying.
