Nothing - stained headboards - stained carpets - air in not working pillows to suit an infant - no comfort in the reception , staff not friendly not helpful at all - hotter in hotel than outside breakfast was terrible . Miles from anywhere felt we were in country no facilities at hotel - smelly stained dirty carpets and headboard and not cheap breakfast was terrible . Staff have a take or leave it approach - never again would I stay here , €30 taxi to shopping mall !!

The room was dirty. I have bug bites on my arms legs & back. I showed staff asked for another room or a refund to go to another hotel. The staff yelled at me and said no. I slept two nights in a chair. Worst place I’ve ever stayed

The location Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We had specifically requested connecting rooms well in advance, and were surprised to discover upon arrival that the hotel had ignored our request. Apart from an apology, no satisfactory solution was offered. Furthermore, although we were a family of five and one of the rooms was assigned for three family members, the room was not properly prepared accordingly — no extra bed, pillows, or towels were provided. In addition, the rooms did not have a refrigerator, which is such a basic amenity in most hotels nowadays that it honestly did not even occur to me to check in advance. We have medications that require refrigeration as well as food for the children, and relying on the hotel’s refrigerators was very inconvenient. The breakfast was reasonable, the staff were polite, and the cleanliness was acceptable. Overall, this was a disappointing experience that did not match our previous stays at other hotels in this chain. I would not recommend this hotel and we will not be returning.

Very comfortable and clean. We arrived late and were able to easily check in. The included breakfast was good and opened early enough to get to Disney early in the day. The night staff seemed a bit split, as they were responsible for both the bar and the checkin process. It caused a bit of a delay due to the dual responsibilities.

Brand new building, everything is new and clean! Breakfast is good. It is 12 minutes drive to Disney Paris. Nothing. We have a car, so it is easy for us to go around. There is a public transportation if you are going to Disney Paris. There is a Buffalo Grill next to the hotel and few minutes walk there are some shops.

Worst property It has small bugs, too untidy rooms, small insects and they don’t clean hotel and rooms at all.

We went for breakfast 15 minutes before closing, and the hotel staff’s behavior was impolite. The buffet food and beverages were removed very quickly, and it felt as though they were specifically targeting the food we were taking. Out of courtesy, they should have informed us that the food would be removed soon so that we could take the breakfast items we wanted first.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and a good size, and the breakfast was very yummy! Perfect location if you are going to Disneyland Paris. It’s about a 20 minute bus ride to Disneyland Paris!

Near to Disney. Comfy beds. Clean hotel. Very helpful staff; taxi recommendations, happy, and helpful. Almost zero understanding of coeliac disease (which is fairly uniform across France) but staff that we spoke to were open to learning.

The location was near Disneyland Paris and the breakfast was very nice. The room was comfortable. Everything was very clean.
