Proximity to Disney The spa was closed as well as the indoor pool. One of the reasons we booked the hotel

Elegance of building. Breakfast with great choices and service. The omelette chefs(a different one each day) were exceptional employees. The Sri Lankan. Bartender went out of his way to take care of us. Recently changed hands and they were remodeling everything. We booked because of the spa area for a family trip to Disney. Several family members had no desire to go to Disney but would have loved the indoor pool, Whirl pool, sauna. We paid more than we wanted to in order to have those amenities. We did not have them when we arrived. We accepted compensation of free parking and coupons for evening drink. In truth. Nothing made up for not having the spa area to enjoy ??

Pool was closed, and I got doe led charged, once by hotel and once by booking.

Location , close to Disneyland Paris. Facilities, service , staff , all very bad now! This used to be Radisson Hotel which was great , now it’s a dirty mess!

Just a good location in the nature The service from some staff members was not helpful. Even very basic guest requests were not accommodated. Repeatedly blaming “system changes” is not the guest’s responsibility and should not affect the level of service.

We only stayed for one night as we were delayed in Paris, staff was accommodating. Great location with free shuttle to the parks! Nothing

The rooms Breakfast was the same everyday and some of the front desk staff were not polite,,,, they cleaned the room everyday but didn’t change the sheets or clean the tables,, they only vacuumed the floor and changed towels

The view and location It was disappointing Radisson is usually my go to hotel in most countries, however this specific one did not match any other Radisson blu i’ve been at. The hotel is understaffed, even if it’s the holidays the hotel should make sure there are enough staff to accommodate all visitors ESPECIALLY during holidays! The rooms aren’t that clean again because it’s understaffed, it seems like housekeeping don’t have time to properly clean the rooms so it’s basically fixing the beds and taking out trash. I would give the hotel a three star and not four stars.

Only location, very very very old building. Very very dirty hotel Not clean the bath room has hair from last guests and the carpet so old and after the room serves the room and table still dirty scarves

Facilities are good, room was spacious, good breakfast Room was really cold (we were there in December), the temperature was not going higher than 19C, it was not comfortable. The room cleaning service was not very good.
