Ac was not working

The pool. But it had spiders all around it and we had to watch where we swam. The room smelled so bad! They didn’t even clean it. Hair on the bed as well. The staff is super unfriendly most of the time. The counter receptionist was nice though. This place is never cleaned and the carpets are disgusting. The rooms ac didn’t work and it was middle of June. ( meaning their facilities didn’t work) It was a ten min walk from Disneyland, but their security is SUPER RUDE. They don’t mention where to go, just yell at you not to go inside when they’re off the side of the building watching their phones. Then they have a second part again after already checking in through security. This place sucks money out of your pockets and doesn’t reinvest anything into their hotel or staff. Sad. Won’t ever stay here again.

The location of this hotel is good, and the majority of the staff are kind and helpful, and the hotel in general is well kept and appointment. That said, there are a few major red flags. 1) The 3rd party security staff at the front entrance were exceptionally rude, unhelpful, and borderline scary. I arrived by myself with my daughter, as my husband was arriving later, and I therefore had more luggage that I could handle. Nobody would help us with our baggage, or call a bell check, and left my daughter terrified and in tears. 2) The check-in staff, while kind, improperly checked us in, which resulted in our room being double booked and our keys not working. I had to wait 30 minutes to have the situation resolved after returning from the park, and was not offered any level of concession. 3) Our room, which was on the 1st floor, was dark and depressing. While quite, which was nice, it felt more like a motel than a premium hotel. The AC was also very poor, but I was at least expecting that based on reviews.

The theming was great! Clean and spacious rooms. Working AC during a heat wave. The staff were incredible! They went over and beyond to accommodate us! It’s massive! Largest hotel in Paris and I think they said 2nd largest in Europe.

O where to sit in lobby or public spaces

The location is the best part of this resort, only a 10 minute walk to everything you want to go to. This hotel is very rundown. There was an infestation of fruit flies in my room, the secondary door lock was just for looks, the house keeping entered my room without knocking, the hot tub was room temp and the pool had a thick ring of mildew around the whole thing. Not even close to basic Disney standards.

Although top many guests, everything under control and well organised. Just few minutes to both parks.

Hotel was lovely. Room was small but lovely and clean and enjoyed the Disney theme. Staff extemely lovely, welcoming and helpful. Communicated very well in English and Italian. Breakfast buffet good but in my opinion slightly overpriced for the selection. Dinner buffet was exceptional and food was very good. The morning character meets was a great plus and hotel was 15 mintue walk from parks. Will rebook in the future if I plan to revisit Disney Biggest downside for me was how hot the room was. I struggled with the lack of airflow. Only 1 small window could be tilted open. A/C present but not very powerful. Only 1 lift that connects ground floor where reception is to lower level which leads to lake and walk to park. At times queues got very long to access lift.

Beds: The beds were fairly comfortable, which made it easier to rest after long park days. Walkability: Even though it’s the furthest hotel, it’s still technically walkable to Disney Village and the Disney Parks without needing transportation Location: Although it’s within walking distance to Disney Village, it’s the furthest hotel on the lake. The walk to the Disney Parks is about 15 minutes, which can feel long at the start or end of the day. Hotel Layout & Crowds: The hotel is very large, and that makes getting around inconvenient. My room was far from the lobby, requiring multiple turns and about a 10-minute walk just to get in and out. The lobby itself was consistently overcrowded and difficult to navigate. Room Condition: The room felt dated and in need of refurbishment. Bathroom: This was one of the biggest downsides. It looked unclean, had visible paint chipping near the tub, and the water pressure was very weak. The shower temperature fluctuated between extremely hot and very cold. Breakfast: Not worth the price. There are better and more affordable options in Disney Village.

Air conditioner in my daughter’s room did not work. Staff was not very responsive at all. Shower head in my bathroom would not stay in position. It stayed at about waist level or lower.

The location close to Disneyland parks you can go there by walk and the bed really comfortable also the stuff are nice

Loved the theme of the hotel, big and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, quick and efficient check in, our luggage was brought to our rooms, and the Yacht club restaurant was delicious. We had a room near a construction site and their light stayed open all night. Even blinds closed, the light would come through in the night. We understand that these things can happen.

The Room was lovely, the view was amazing for the fireworks and we loved the complimentary items we were given in our room. The service when checking in was great! The room service was amazing and the food was so good, I loved the soup it was extremely yummy. We were not able to use the pool as it was shut, this was not the fault of the staff however. It would have been nice to leave our bags at reception and have them taken to our room, we had to take them ourselves

We were able to access Disney land one hour before the large crowds. Which gave us a head start with the rides. Very very long hall ways. They did not take the bags to the room. So after a very long day at Disneyland, you need to pick up your bag and take it yourself.Also no fridge in the, but you can get sum ice from the machine.
