Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel

Location to park was fine. A 10 min walk. The buffet was very good. There are no food options between breakfast and dinner. Bring snacks for kids. Check-in staff was terrible. We had 3 rooms. 2 were ready at 2:55 pm and the third we were told we had to wait. They didn't know how long but would text us. We sat in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting for the text. I was checking my email for work and noticed an email came in at 3:00 saying our room was ready. I went to the the person who had been checking us in and told her we had been waiting for the text for 45 minutes and it wasn't until I checked email I see the room was ready 5 minutes after she spoke with us. She said oh well, you got a notice didn't you. I explained there is a big difference between text and email as you don't get the notification in email like you would text. She was rude and just kept shrugging her shoulders saying you got a room didn't you? We were paying nearly a thousand dollars a night and to have us left sitting in the lobby for 45 min after check in only to be shrugged off was completely unacceptable. We spoke with the manager and while doing so she stood behind him just smiling at us. To be fair, the manager offered us some compensation which we refused. We didn't want money, just to be respected at check in. Very different than what you would expect at a Disney resort.

Great location. Pool was wonderful. Staff were kind. Coffee was inconsistently refilled. Extensive security measures to get into the hotel.

Nice location and nice facilities at the hotel I asked the staff to change the bed because there was dirt on it, but unfortunately, they didn't do anything.

Food were bad, doesnt much the hotel quality

Clean and well maintained Pool was not available for use, the check in was so late, after traveling for 10+ hours I just wanted to get to my room and shower and change, the meet superhero times were all booked up , I struggled doing online check in. We had 8 people and one didn’t get the acknowledge docusign. It wouldn’t let us resend or verify the email was correct

The bed was excellent. Very expensive. You have to pay for everything. No ammenities whatsoever. Food was extremelly expensive while being the worse I have ever had in my life.

The facilities The staff dont help u and tell u alot about the facilities The staff are nit helpful they answer the same answer to every question which is “check the app” The hotel for its value was not very clean The room service is inedible the variety of room service selection is so bad There shoul be simple room service orders for kids and adults Like Spaghetti Nuggets Ceasar salad Simple burger Fettuccine Things like that

Room service menu is not good

Super close to Disneyland Paris. The hotel has many dining options. We arrived early and had to drop off our luggage at the front. They said they would text when the room was ready, but never got a text. Had to find our room number on the disneyland paris app. Also had to ask luggage people to bring our luggage to our room.

The cost was a lot for what it was. The breakfast was 90€ in addition for two adults and one child and wasn’t any better than all the free breakfasts we had all over Europe. The marvel drawing room was lame. There were two staff members there but they just talking and didn’t help the kids. Basically just colouring sheets. The pool was a very strange depth, no shallow end for kids and even me at 175 cm I was on my toes trying to help my child swim.

New hotel, clean, big rooms. Nicely organized. Very close to Disney!!! Beds were too small. Air conditioning could have worked better.

Cleaning the rooms was not good at all

I really did not like the property, the staff was so rude with me , in the room there s coffee machine but they don’t provide the capsules , I complained about it , but their answer was abnormal ( I have to request the capsules and water to get it .

First of all its a 10 minute walk to Disney, rooms are very spacious and clean Breakfast menu should have more food options

The location, decore was great, and what it has for facilities was good The pool is five foot all over so not good for short people who are not over confident swimmers. We had poorly laid flooring that hurt if you walked on certain areas. Silver fish by the door and a noise when any water was run. I went twice to the reception and nothing happened. I have also emailed twice with no response and now on way home. Also my son never was brought his drink when in the sky bar even after asking two different waiters. I had to get it myself

Very clean and close to the park… would recommend. I would say about 60% of the staff didn’t really give a welcoming vibe… especially the security guards.

Being a Disney themed hotel, the room configuration, facilities and service have met our expectations! It is also near the theme parks and village so there is minimal hassle in accessing the amenities. The beds were super comfy and we had a restful sleep and recharged the next day. Restaurants in the hotel are a tad pricey, including laundry service which we used. However, that is to be expected since it's a relative new hotel within proximity to the parks.
