Location is great! Probably closer to the parks by walking then the shuttle. Bathroom was so dated and in need of repair. Also did not like mattress. Mattress was worse than pull out couch.

Close to disney The room given to us smelled of urine, like a public urinal that was not cleaned. There was no air coming out from the air conditioning (this was during a 97-100f weather). The technician who came and inspected said that was normal! Imagine that response! We advocated for ourselves because we have an asthmatic daughter and a kind front desk cast , Anne Flore, who found a better room for us, had no smell and the AC was working. So to be told that the 1st room was "normal" was just really the technician being lazy. I am very disappointed. I've been a lifelong disney fan and have been in many disney resorts in the past and this was the worst experience ever

It was very close to Disneyland Everything was great

The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all necessary amenities. The shower and tub were the absolute highlight of our evening stay. The water was warm and the water pressure was perfect. It was wonderful to have a warm, comfortable, and relaxing shower after our long day at Disneyland. The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She was able to get a late check out for us since, which was very helpful since we arrived past midnight after leaving Disneyland. The walk from Disneyland to the hotel was very pleasant as well. In addition, there was still 1 take-out restaurant open and we were able to buy some delicious pizza and cold water for our family. The air conditioning also worked very well and kept us all cool throughout our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we needed to leave for our next destination in France. There was no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage and strollers up the stairs. It was hot in the hallways, so it was a workout getting our belongings up to our room. It really wasn't a big deal, but only a mild inconvenience.

Friendly welcome at the reception, the thematic athmosphere, the meat restaurant with open-buffet, Starbucks by the lobby as a quick cafe option, location of the hotel, frequent shuttle service to the Disney Parks and, not to forget the friendly conciergerie. Our room was at some distance, about 3-5 minutes to the main hall which we tought was going to be an issue for us, however in the evening while returning by walk from Disney we discovered that this had put us to just 8-10 minutes distance walk from the park. Therefore we had some walk with luggages on arrival and departure to/from the hotel but benefited from convenient access to the Park campus. For guests staying at distant rooms and heavy luggages, I suggest to use trolley from the lobby, in the way we did without problem.

This is a nice hotel to stay at whe visiting Disneyland Paris. I wish there were better food choices. The food selection was limited.

The property was very convenient to all of the bus stops… Either going to other Disney properties, the parks, or the bus that took us back to the airport. I’m 78 years old… My traveling companion is 80 years old… They put us on the second floor with no elevator… We were able to locate two young men who work for Disney walking toward us when we were going to our hotel… They carried the bags up for us which we were most thankful for. We actually unpacked and then thought to ourselves… We have to leave at six in the morning in three days… How are we going to get these suitcases down the stairs? We went to the front desk and an absolutely wonderful lady and I so wish I could remember her name Told us to pack up our bags and she would personally come and pick them up. She was outstanding and she should get some kind of award for what she did. She carried both of those heavy bags down the stairs… They were almost 50 pounds each. She was just a little thing but so eager to help anyway she could.

Good value for the offered property. Very good sftaff and very close to disneyland. Property needs a renewal

Cozy design, friendly staff, lovely walk to the parks. Good restaurant (compared to other in the park) on site. Smelly rooms, zero facilities for children in the room, tired beed sheets, thin towels. All that you expect from a 3-stars hotel, but not for a price of a luxury resort.

That walking distance from reception to room might be far, batroom shower was faulty... seems the place hasnt recieved a re-investment in a very long time

No one to help you with your luggage , and they will not deliver it to your room , our was at the end of the cottages so we dragged them all the way and back during check out , not helpful staff at all .

Massive breakfast hall. Rooms could be better

Staff was not helpful and not welcoming

Perfect.

The fact that there is no elevator to the second floor. Very uncomfortable when you come with suitcases and a baby

The atmosphere was really charming. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was appreciated, although it was also close enough to walk on a couple of occasions, which was great too. We also really appreciated being able to leave our bags at the left-luggage office all day before check-in. The dining options (buffet or pizza) were a bit limited: we'd love to have had the choice of à la carte cuisine. It would be great if a blanket could be provided as an alternative to the duvet.

We love being so close to Disneyland and getting in the parks an hour earlier. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. It’s a real bummer that there’s no mini fridge in the hotel room. It would be nice to have a couple refrigerated snacks and drinks to come back to the room and enjoy. Also how are breastfeeding moms supposed to keep some milk cold for their babies? it’s really sad that you don’t even have added to Disney plus on the TV in the room. They don’t even have any movies or shows you can watch that are Disney, just short little previews.
