Breakfast is basic. There is a reasonable variety, but the quality of the products is poor to average, with many cheap, low-quality items and nothing particularly enjoyable from a food perspective. The real problem, however, is the way the breakfast service is managed. The atmosphere is rigid, unfriendly, and almost policing in nature. The staff seem less concerned with guests’ comfort and more focused on controlling where and how people sit, according to rules that often make little sense. A concrete example: I arrived for breakfast with my daughter, while my wife was going to join us a few minutes later. Although I clearly explained that we were three guests registered in the same room, we were forced — and yes, “forced” is the appropriate word — to sit at a table for two. When my wife arrived, she was told that she could not sit with us because my daughter and I were seated at a table for two. The situation was absurd and deeply unwelcoming. I had to insist repeatedly before we were finally moved to a table suitable for three people. Instead of handling a perfectly normal situation with common sense and basic hospitality, the staff turned breakfast into an unnecessarily tense and unpleasant experience. In addition, guests are strongly expected to clear their own plates and place them on a rack, much like in a fast-food restaurant or cafeteria. For a hotel, this type of service is difficult to justify, particularly when it comes with such a rigid and authoritarian attitude. My conclusion is simple: the room is acceptable, the bathroom is outdated, and the breakfast itself is mediocre. But the most important thing future guests should know is that the breakfast service can feel extremely rigid, unpleasant, and lacking in basic hospitality. Staff attitude at the breakfast. Poor quality food at the breakfast.

property was ok, rooms are fine. already disappointed when we arrived. staff at bat was so rude and disrespectful. we arrived almost midnight at the hotel (due to late train arrival), and expecting some food at the hotel. unfortunately the bar is only open until 12midnight. Ask the bar staff for food and so rudely said they are closed and I should have come earlier. firstly, we ate just checking in, and have no idea of the bar closure. no consideration at all and very rude attitude of the staff (looks like with Indian features).

Overall, I had a good stay at Campanile. The rooms were clean, the hotel was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there is one major issue that completely affected our experience: the shuttle bus service to and from Disney. The number of shuttle buses is far too small compared to the large number of guests staying in this group of hotels. In addition, there is very poor organization when boarding the buses, especially at Disneyland. After the Disney nighttime show ends, everyone leaves at the same time, and the lack of buses and crowd management leads to pushing, chaos, and even collisions between guests trying to get on the shuttle. Meanwhile, other nearby hotels had much more frequent shuttle buses, making their transportation far more convenient. Because of this serious issue, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel unless the shuttle bus service is significantly improved with more buses and better boarding organization.

The cleanliness, the marvelous location(the best in Paris) and the lay out of the room and elegant and super clean bath with very power jet water pressure and hot water(which is difficult to see in other hotels in Europe) and on top of theses great thing comes the staff(Especially the pretty princess Natalie ..she made me feel like i am in my home and Also the adorable Yasin ...so nice and polite and helpful and efficient) which welcomed me in first night Both Natalie and Yasin were doing things so fast and perfect for me and my family I liked everything in property and also want to add other great thing which the very nice coffee shop and dining on its direct neighborhood

Exactly what you need for Disneyland Paris.

Buena ubicación, a 7 minutos andando de un pequeño pueblo con supermercado. Autobuses gratuitos para ir a Disneyland. Habitaciones correctas y limpias, aunque un poco antiguas. Animales bien cuidados. Empleados agradables. Habitación sin minibar. Precio de bebida, agua y comida caros. Autobuses gratuitos a Disneyland masificados. Desayuno buffet correcto aunque de baja calidad.

I loved the attention I got from the people at reception, very helpful and nice, the facilities of the hotel are great and the luggage room and transport to Disney is excellent I didn’t like that the rooms are a bit tight for 4 people and the shower was very uncomfortable
-
Room was close to everything Walls very thin and breakfast very strict with families who may not eat together.
-
they near at disneyland the room is not that clean
-
Shuttle, Lockers and breakfasr Too much issues with access cards. Found door unlocked after cleaning.

- Breakfast was fine, good selection, stocks were immediately refilled once empty - Breakfast staff mainly friendly - Reception staff friendly - Room decent and in good condition - Cleaning staff friendly and did a good job - Room quite small for 4 people (2 adults, 1 grown up, 1 child - double bed + bunk bed) - Disney shuttle bus frequent (every 10 mins), yet always crowded going to Disneyland, even during non-peak hours (once we went at 11am, once at 12noon), as the shuttle bus collects passengers from 4 other hotels (Campanile being the last one)

No complains

The bathroom was not clean. A small fridge could have. The breakfast didn't have variety. More fruit can have.

This hotel is always great when visiting Disneyland Paris. Free shuttle always a winner and only down the road from the parks. Decent bar area and food. Breakfast is always good with plenty of choice. More than enough to occupy kids on site. For what I paid I cannot complain about anything.

Room needs refreshing, some mold in bathroom and corners of the room, carpet disintegrating in some places etc
