We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The attractions and facilities were excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the shuttle bus service was very convenient and well organized. My family absolutely loved the hotel and had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again

The hotel is ideal for families with children. The breakfast met very basic expectations, but it wasn’t outstanding.

Great hotel. Shuttle to Disney. Clean and comfortable room. Could use better air conditioning. It was during a heatwave and didnt cool as much as I would like, but wasn't unbearable.
-
Location and cleanliness were great. Breakfast and shuttle service to Disney parks were amazing too. A bit tight for a room for 4 people. We had to have another connecting room to fit the people and the luggage. The bathroom was a bit old and rusty, but clean.
-
The hotel also clearly needs renovation soon, as the actual condition is very different from the photos, and the hotel shop is even more expensive than the stores inside Disneyland because they know you have nowhere nearby to buy basic necessities. The breakfast is very poor. The rooms are neat and clean, but there are many insects.

The hotel was okay overall. The breakfast was good, although it was very crowded. I don't think the hotel is worth more than a three-star rating. Only one elevator was working during our stay. The furniture, carpets, and even the walls were dirty and worn. While this may be expected in a hotel near Disney that accommodates many children, the property needs better maintenance. The shuttle service is shared with several hotels, so it becomes overcrowded and chaotic every time you need to go to the parks. My check-out time was 5:30 a.m., and we were promised a takeaway breakfast, but nothing was ready when we left. The toilet seat in our room was broken but they fix when we ordered I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.

Nothing ! I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire property feels extremely old, and it doesn’t seem like it has been renovated in many years. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. When we arrived, our room was unbearably hot, and the AC wasn’t working. We reported it the next morning, and we were told a technician would come, but nobody ever showed up. As a result, we barely slept for two nights because the room was so hot. On our last day, one staff member was genuinely kind and understood our situation. He moved us to a different room where the AC worked much better, and I really appreciated his help. Unfortunately, one helpful employee couldn’t make up for the overall experience. Between the outdated facilities and the lack of response to a serious maintenance issue, this was a very disappointing stay.

We liked the children friendly amenities such as the pool and bouncy castles. The buffet is overpriced considering the quality of food, you are better off ordering at the bar. Didn’t like that you could not eat outside so you could supervise your children. No ice Machines. AC timer cutoff in the rooms. Didn’t like the lack of staff intervention when dealing with the rambunctiousness in the lobby and pool. Be cautious of the shuttle bus, super chaotic with no order, just take the taxi ?

The hotel lobby was beautiful, spacious, and well air-conditioned. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety of options, and the dining area was spacious as well. The room design was unique and elegant—I really loved it. There was also a lovely gift shop. The air conditioning in the room was good, although not excellent. A special thanks to Esteban, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. ???? Air conditioning

Lack of hanging space and hangers. Size and length of corridors.
-
The bed sheets were never changed; they only made the bed. The room was full of flies and extremely hot, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The only housekeeping service provided was changing the towels and emptying the trash bin each day. Apart from that, nothing else was done. The room and bathroom were not cleaned at all during our stay. For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better cleanliness and maintenance. The food was also very disappointing, especially for children. The quality and variety were poor, and there was very little choice available. There were hardly any suitable options for kids. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel

Size length if corridors to rooms
-
The decor and the location to Disney How crowded the shuttle would get. I wish they ran more frequently in the morning. When we returned from the park, someone had opened our window and there were flies everywhere. It was disgusting
-
Extra long corridors to rooms.
-
Location , the concept of the hotel , breakfast , facilities The staff. Not all of them but some of them in the entrance of the restaurant and at the bar were almost rude. Generally they were totally ok. but there is space for improvement in the field of kindness

Location,shuttle..

Nothing wow really much less that expected and below a Disney destination Staff very rude and very unhelpful; flies and mosquitoes in the room in the corridors everywhere; hygiene so lowwww ; breakfast buffet useless and not acceptable in a hotel like that
-
The AC of both room was damaged and the room was too much hot and we asked to change the room, but they did not change it. They bring for us fun the maintenance guy he come but still not fix the problem and they don’t want to change the room.

The kids loved it. The pool was perfectly designed for families. The lobby area was very nice and the bounce houses were a huge hit. My kids loved bouncing on those after breakfast before we checked out. We lost power twice, the AC was not working. One of our toilets was broken, it could be used but had a huge crack. Breakfast was the same everyday, and not very good. Our rooms were over an hour late to be ready making us miss a tour we paid for that was non-refundable. The staff was not very kind about the fact that they were behind switching rooms over.

Location. Bounce house, pool. Breakfast, late getting us into the room, ac didn’t work and we lost power twice. There were doors in the hallway making it hard to get the wheelchairs through and would have been very bad if there was an emergency.
