Explorers Hotel

There were insects in our room, which made our stay uncomfortable. We also had issues with the air conditioning, and the cleanliness did not meet our expectations.

hotel is big and got Disney shuttle bus every 15 min. The hotel is themed around cartoon characters, pirates, and suitable for children. Rooms were with no air conditions it was too hot during our stay in July. Breakfast was with limited options. could not get sleep from the noice

-Staff was all super helpful and friendly -The pool was fun for kids -There are no water refill stations. -if you come back from the park at night, there are literally no lights on outside the hotel -They do not have enough buses running to accommodate 5 hotels going back and forth to Disney. We stayed for the fireworks and people got into fist fights over getting onto the buses because there was no room. It was insanity. -there is no air conditioning in the rooms -the chemical levels in the pool were way off during our stay. My daughter got a reaction in her eye from it that went away after getting out of the pool. I also couldn’t stay in the water because my eyes were burning so bad.

Beds we’re comfortable any the family rooms were great because everyone got their own bed. The food at the restaurant was not nice at all and the free breakfast was very limited and included of only cold items. No eggs, no sausages, no has browns, no beans. You have to pay extra per person for a hot breakfast variety and this is very unacceptable because we paid and booked for a room that included breakfast. If I knew this was the case, I would have booked a room without breakfast and paid for breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming, so I have no complaints about the cleanliness or the hospitality. However, the room was very hot because it did not have air conditioning. Last year, we stayed at a nearby hotel that had excellent air conditioning, which made the stay much more comfortable. Thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality.

Terrible from desk information. Overall hot waveheat and nobody conditioner air or another fan in the room for 5 people. We can't sleep becsuse the hot weather. Nobody did not to fix it. Very ? upset and cost so highly for the accommodation room.the room setvice terrible too! Not recommend at all!!!!!!! I want my money back! They didn't any respect to the costumer and a lot of people was make a complaint about this hotel. Terribleeeeeeer place to stay!!!@ I didn't like nothing! Terrible experience staying. The people dont have any respect to others.

Amenities for children No A/C in room and not enough fans available. We couldn’t sleep at all as the room was extremely hot. Couldn’t open windows since they didn’t have a screens and bugs/flies were getting in. Staff did nothing to solve our issues. TV has 1-2 channels, room phone didn’t work, toilet wasn’t flushing, and the list goes on.

It was close to Disney Paris and the airport. The buses and shuttles were great. It was clean and nice. Marcel works there and he was great . Really wonderful and helpful. There was really nothing I did not like

The swimming pool is great fun for kids, Its great there is an indoor and outdoor playground so very easy to keep kids entertained.

Location Wasent clean way over priced food was not fit for human consumption in my opinion

Breakfast Old and not well maintained

Play area is awesome. Location to Disney is few minutes drive (shuttle). Kids had fun! Pillows and blankets are very clean and comfortable. The main entrance should have the fresh scent smell like other hotels (first impression). It was smell stale. There is no air-conditioning in the room, but April still good weather (don't want to be there in the summer, though). I think it is a bit pricey.

The breakfast was very poor, no hot meals were included in the breakfast option (were offered by additional extra cost). Pool towels rent cost 2 EUR per item. Disney shuttle buses are overcrowded.

Our room was very clean and had no bad smells at all. All amenities were provided, including towels, toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers, which was impressive for a three-star hotel. We booked a suite, so that may have made a difference in the level of service. Even pool towels were included for us, while they normally cost €2. As for odors, there were no unpleasant smells like some reviews mentioned. The only noticeable scent was near the lobby/restaurant area, and it wasn’t disturbing. The hotel is very family-friendly. There is a good variety of restaurants and plenty of activities for kids, with multiple areas where they can play and stay entertained. Minor note: Pool towels are charged (€2) unless you book a suite. Overall: A positive experience, and I would consider staying again. ?

The pool and play area are great for kids. The family room was just what we needed. The bathrooms on the floor with the kids area always smelled like urine, it was disgusting.
