Really lovely staff, fab location, great facilities … a very comfortable stay Nil

The lobby was very cute. It catered to children for sure. I found the facilities shockingly dirty. The toilets were stained and there was mildew all over the shower. The midday food options not very kid friendly. Was very surprised. Beds were not comfortable and the lower level of the hotel was a weird unclear maze.

Beautiful hotel landscaping and entrance. Polite check-in staff. Adequate cleanliness in the bedrooms. Plentyful breakfast, though it could be of a better quality. Poor level of cleanliness in the common areas. For example, garbage (e.g. empty bags of chips) inside the elevators and in the hallways were not picked up for more than two full days. The hotel appears understaffed to cater for so many guests. In desperate need of refurbishing old furniture, renewing the carpets, and thoroughly cleaning the breakfast room chairs. The shuttle servive, though complementary, should be better managed during peak hours-days. No way to fit these many people into a shuttle on a Saturday evening.

We recently stayed in a double room, and it was a decent size—even with four adults, we didn’t feel overly cramped. The Highlights: The swimming pool is absolutely huge, which was a fantastic bonus. Also, the shuttle service to and from Disneyland was incredibly convenient and made our park days stress-free. Room for Improvement: The breakfast was just average. It gets the job done before a long day, but don't expect anything spectacular. Our room had not been cleaned at all. We were assured that someone would attend to our room and provide fresh towels and toilet paper. We explicitly stated that simply providing supplies was not acceptable and that proper housekeeping service was expected. After a long and tiring day, the room had still not been cleaned. Instead, we found three towels, three bedsheets, and two rolls of toilet paper left on top of the bed, which is completely unacceptable. This gave the impression that guests are expected to make their own beds and service their own room—something that is entirely inconsistent with the standards of a 4-star hotel. In addition to this, we were deeply concerned to witness a group of ladies directly in front of the reception area playing cards with visible money on the table while smoking vape, despite the hotel clearly promoting itself as a smoke-free establishment. This behaviour was not addressed by staff, and children were present in the lobby, exposed to this inappropriate environment. This reflects a serious lack of enforcement of your own policies and a disregard for guest comfort and safety.

The large size of the room Air condition in the rooms Location in respect to Disney Shuttle Bus to Disneyland 1- Reception Staff was not helpful 2- The room was not clean in the check in and no good response from hotel management 3- No services in luggage carryon to the room (very hard with family with young kids) 4- No drinkable water in the room, neither facial tissues for families, also, weak response from Staff 5- high coat parking 6- The food quality jn the breakfast is below expectation

Beautiful decor, friendly staff (except for at breakfast area, but I think they were just overworked/stressed by the overwhelming crowd/uncomfortable set up, probably underpaid), room size. HORRENDOUS breakfast for multiple reasons. "Coffee" was more like barely coffee-flavored water. We had to boil our own eggs (!!!) in a very tight, awkward setup. Scrambled eggs tasted so bad they were inedible (how do you mess up scrambled eggs??). Big condescending sign saying not to "waste" food for the sake of nature (sure, nothing to do with the hotel being cheap) shows they have misunderstood what is happening - people aren't leaving food on the plate because they're wasting it, but because they can't eat it!! Felt ripped off after paying extra for "breakfast included."
-
Towels for 1 person in the room. No water in the room. Room service starts at 6 pm and no way to contact them except by QR code that i couldn’t access cz no service and wifi not connecting.

Upon arrival the receptionist were professional and well aware of passing the desired info but… When we went to the room at midnight after Disney land visit, surprisingly we discovered that we checked in in people of determination room with no water and no amenities that are needed for surviving. The most chocking is the way and inappropriate approach of the receptionist who offended me when I asked for water I travel the world and never experienced such attitude and unprofessional team with bad attitude To summarize, I would prefer sleeping in a tent where I could manage my necessities rather choosing this hotel and surely won’t recommend to any of my beloved friends and family…

Style, facilities and staff Not the properties fault but the included shuttle was over subscribed and people were not always able to board
-
Welcoming lobby and condition of the outside grounds The room including bathroom were in need of a furniture and carpet upgrade. All showing significant wear.

They must've spent all their money on the lobby because the rooms were pretty run down

Layout and service

Slow check-in at breakfast. Long queue waiting while breakfast room is virtual empty of people. Also, why no ready boiled eggs? Why keep people waiting over boiling water waiting for eggs to be ready? The carpets in the room have seen better days.
-
Location close to Disneyland is the only good thing. The restaurants are really bad. The breakfast is served on plastic plates and with plastic cups. Not at all what you expect at a 4 star hotel.

location this was the worst hotel breakfast. The shuttle service was good. The bathrooms were in poor condition and dangerous for children.
