The air con worked perfectly and the rooms were great. They had wood shutters on the windows which kept everything cool. They had facilities all worked too like the stove etc. Nothing it was very good

The charm of the place in the area, The pool 1/The mattress for one person bed in the apartment, with old bed spring, really uncomfortable . 2/ The parking 15 euros 3/ the price of the breakfast a bit expensive....

Clean, wonderful a/c, shuttle service to DLP, lots of room in the family room, good water pressure, great housekeeping (changed towels), everything you could need! The coffee maker was dirty inside but overall, the property was fantastic.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, 10/10. The room was spotless and well organized, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was reasonably priced, with fresh food and everything prepared and presented with great care. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Despite being so convenient, the street is quiet and peaceful, with no noise. The elevator is a huge bonus, especially after spending the whole day walking around the city! Every member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. I stayed here during my trip to London and came back to stay here again, and I will definitely return whenever I have the chance. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved this hotel! I liked their location and amenities. Unfortunately, we never got to use this hotel. The staff there were great and helped my family find different accommodations offsite. Booking.com failed in every relevant way. It would have been absolutely great if Booking.com would have not canceled my reservation the evening of my arrival. My stay was in a different country and we arrived by train, so we were absolutely stranded for the weekend. It was most impressive how I could not get ahold of anyone from booking.com until the following morning. The hotel staff did help me find a motel for my family, 30km away, and a mere €120 one way trip.

The apartment was nice and clean and had everything needed. Shuttle bus to Disneyland is very convenient.

Friendly Staff, Excellent location, small grocery just inside the hotel reception, Frequent and timely shuttle to/from Disneyland Paris Sofa bed provided in the living room is okay but uncomfortable

Love the pricing for a property near Disney Paris. This is my second stay there. The way the shuttles run were not explained and we ended up spending money on ubers coming from the parks.

The view from the apartment was lovely and added a nice touch to the stay. The price was very reasonable considering the size of the apartment and how fully equipped it was — it truly felt like a home away from home. The facility had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast was delicious with good variety. What stood out the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who made the experience even more pleasant One small area for improvement would be better heating during the winter season, as the rooms felt a bit cold at times.

Staff very nice and helpful Beds not comfortable especially the sofa bed Shuttle bus timing to Disney not convenient, no busses between 11am to 4pm which is not convenient, that was explained by staff however still not convenient

Getting used to the key cards to turn on/off lights was interesting.

Clean, friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was more than expected and the staff went out of their way. Shuttle to Disney and the train to Paris is the same. Always on time and convenient. No complaints
