Nasty room and smell cigarette

The room was very dirty

In words I can not describe how dirty this room was, I have never seen stains like this in carpet, only one lite working in the main room, in the bath the towel rack was on the shelf, so they just give you hand towels and extra wash rags. I stayed 4 nites no one attended to the room, I had to empty the trash into one of mine I carry for dirty cloths, I stay 4 nites a week in this area for work, and I like to try different motels, I will not return here.

Exceptional

I walk with a cane.My request for a downstairs room was not received. The front desk staff made sure I was accommodated even though I waited 30 minutes more to check in. We didn't mind at all. More Creamer for the coffee would of been nice also tea bags too.

In the room: No WIFI, NO phone, Ceiling damaged, furnitures have damages, etc. Overall experience: not booking here again.

Room was extremely hot over 90 degrees so when I turned the air on and put it to 61 degrees it took 5 hours to cool down. The TV didn't work. There wasn't a telephone in the room to call front desk. There were rips in the headboard. Stains on the curtains. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Passable

Everybody keep to themselves customer service was good and I like that. Room wasnt up to par I had leaks in the shower and I had a bad office chair just little things that made it not to comfortable and tv didnt work good.

NOTHING EVERYTHING. DIRTY, STAINED PATCHED WALLS, EXTREMELY DIRTY FURNITURE, RIPPPED STAINED SHEETS, FIRE ALARM NOT CONNECTED OR BATTERY , FIRE SPRINKLERS COVERED WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE. THE WORST EVER!

There was nothing to like. The sheets were stained with various mystery fluids and blood tracks from bed bugs, the comforter had cigarette burns, i never even looked in the bathroom or the rest of the rooms, I didn't want to be in there with my stuff and end up bringing bed bugs home to my family. If I don't get a refund I'm reporting the place to the health department and filing a fradulent transaction with with my credit card company for Booking selling a room that was not as advertised.

Do Not Stay Here!!. Upon arrival you are greeted with a locked door and a sign to speak to them through a window. The hallways reek of urine and smoke. The room upon entering was more of the smoke smell and along with it being hot and muggy. Smoke detector on the table. Blood and booger stained walls. Blood stain sheets. Rips and burns in the sheets. Burnt electric plugs. Head boards ripped and peeling. This place is not suitable for anyone who is paying money to stay.

Overall a comfortable stay. Ac worked great.
