Mostly everything. I was bitten by bedbugs & nothing was done after I showed the front desk the bites I had on my body.

The breakfast is ok but not grand. There was no pancake nor waffle maker. The selection is poor for the breakfast items. The room was clean however the ceiling creaked when the upstairs guests walked in their room.

They didn’t cleaned the our room or towels in our 3 days We stayed there. Everything was good, except the housecleaning issues!

Very dated, loud air con, toilet not working had to change rooms, internet slow, furniture very worn and stained. I booked for it has a good rating, but very disappointed in the condition of this property. Location was ok for my trip, but no other pluses I could see. Nothing
