Staff were real helpful and rooms we nice for the price would book again.

This was the most sterile facility I have ever been in everything was there except for a coffee pot and a hairdryer. I had no idea that you had to request the hairdryer at the front desk. There was a full fridge sink, microwave, and electric stove tops absolutely no dishes or utensils no coffee pot bare minimum. It was very clean. Staff was very friendly, but I was taken back by not having certain amenities.

1 no deposit of 100 was mentioned. I am 67 and The room was on the fourth floor and elevator was not working. No Continental Breakfast no in room or lobby coffee vending machine didn't work and couldn't get a wake up call they don't do them and when trying to cancel room and rebook because the booking was for a week away not that day they said I would be charged the full rate for the room. No refund. A disaster. Stay elsewhere.

The price was good., the room was clean and great water pressure. The bathroom smelled a bit musty.

DIDNT KNOW THERE SERVED BREAKFAST WASNT TOLD THE BLOND OLDER LADY IN FRONT SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME SOLVE MY ISSUE SHE TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF SO I ENDED UP NOT STAYING ANOTHER NIGH

Good a quick night stay close to the airport. It is a extended stay, so sometimes you can smell people cooking in their rooms and they are sometimes a little noisy. But great if you need a cheap night stay close to the airport.

The front desk person was unfriendly and not welcoming.

There were three people in my party. We paid for a double room which should accommodate four people, but the hotel will only accommodate two people. After driving for 16 hours, we had to go out and purchase towels and washcloths because I was told by the front desk clerk he was directed by his boss to not give towels and washcloths even though we don’t have enough in the room. There were no hand towels as well. The crazy thing is they was doing laundry when I asked for the towel and washcloths. I could see the washer and dryer from where I was standing. If they were worried about us stealing the towels, they had already secured a $100 deposit. The deposit would have covered the towels and washcloths if they came up missing. We didn’t want to steal them, we just wanted to take a bath after driving for 16 hours. Also, it’s not the guests fault the owner is too cheap to buy enough product to accommodate the guests. There are plenty of hotels surrounding this hotel. The next time we come to Bakersfield, we will stay at one of the other hotels. I’ll NEVER stay at this hotel again. They don’t know what guest service really is.
