Dinamo Hotel Baku

Cool design and great location, nice spa.

The hotel was very clean, luxurious and elegant. Allocated room was clean, mattress was very comfortable and having a balcony is a plus for smokers. We had an awful stay at Dinamo hotel Baku. Firstly, there was no welcome while entering through the hotel’s main door. We were asked a valet to park our cars and it was told us we do not have such service, you’ll need to park by yourselves.. Additionally, while approaching the front desk agent for the booking, it was told us that our system doesn’t work at the moment, hence we were asked to wait for a while. We have asked for a free upgrade if possible since the hotel was in a low occupancy and we have awaited so it would be a nice touch for us, however it was not rewarded. The room view was awful overlooking through the construction. Additionally the phone was not working as we tried to contact the room service / reception for assistance. The hotel’s main contact number also was not operating as we tried to call through our mobile. Breakfast selection was very poor comparing the prices they charged for 30 AZN per person (only for breakfast) and we were two pax, hence paid 60 AZN and ate almost nothing! There were literally no varieties and no name tags were placed in front of the assortments.

Customized design of rooms as well as whole hotel. Cleanness, high hospitality level and great location TV in the room wasn’t working at all.

The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms and the entire hotel are incredibly clean. The staff is very attentive and responsive. The breakfast is delicious and varied. You can also order meals.

Water in the shower could’ve gotten a little bit hotter.

The hotel staff couldn’t do more for you! Always asking if everything is ok and super helpful. The spa staff are very nice and the facilities are lovely. The location is good. 15 mins walk to the old town but very close to the front where you can have a lovely walk along the sea. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing everything was spot on!

Elegant, nice room, very comfy. Bkf was good at first 2 days, the 3rd day was kind of messy (food very regular, basic) and the coffee machine was broken. They served a very thin coffee with cold milk, definitely awful. A 5 ⭐️ hotel has to have a good plan B and the very light American coffee it’s not a plan, the cold milk for the light coffee it’s not also a plan B. But I do recognize the whole staff as a great staff, very very friendly!!!

F1 Trip

Excellent location. Big size of rooms. Friendly staff. After I reported about bath tube problems, they upgraded us to suite, so it was good. AC was very weak. In hot day it takes hours to cool a room. There were maintenance problems with coffee machine and bath tube. They were fixed after I called, but I would expect that to work in 5-stars hotel, without a need for guest to discover and report maintenance problems.

Great location and friendly staff

The breakfast was a bit poor.

This hotel was fabulous. The decor and design were lovely and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Well located to various attractions. The window in my room didn’t seal properly which meant I heard traffic noise for most of the night. Azerbaijani drivers love to use their horn… I’m sure this can be resolved with a little maintenance
