There were bedbugs.

No doubt the hostel is in a good location. Nizami Street is easily accessible, and the hostel itself is quite spacious. However, the hostel really needs upgrades. There are bed bugs, and the bed sheets are not changed regularly. It also does not give the typical traveler or backpacker hostel vibe because many local people stay there. Additionally, the bed mattresses are not comfortable at all.

It was very clean and staff was very friendly

Very good location near the old town, you can easily walk to all the tourist destinations. Located near a 24/7 hour supermarket. The room had everything needed. More female-only toilets. Guests should be respectful of others in the room and should be reminded about using the phone without headphones. The main street can be a bit loud because of people driving past listening to loud music.

Curtains available with each bunk bed which is good for privacy. Location is walking distance from Baku Boulevard and Sahil Metro ? Wifi is good. KFC is around the corner for quite bite. Bathrooms are decent. Staff is nice and friendly. Elevator ? does not work and is very old. Check in time is too late, 3PM and they don't allow early check-in. Towels are not part of the payment. Have to pay extra for it.

Bedbugs, lots n lots of bed bugs.

Everything was really bad Worst hotel I have ever stayed. No hot water at all and it was -5 degrees outside. Really bad mattress quality that I could feel the springs. My bed broke down during the night while sleeping. Employees postponed the issue to another shift and never solved it. I have stayed 3 nighs and never more.

The location is excellent; it's in the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff were excellent, especially Sabina; she's a lovely girl and speaks English very well. She helped me with booking flights, finding out about the markets, and everything else. ، And the prices are also very excellent. Nothing, you can tell the staff and they will always offer solutions; they are very helpful.
