Economical as compared to other properties We had AC issue in the room.

nothing not very clean, bad smell, not maintained, overall a bad experience. I do not understand why it had such a big grade when i booked it.

The cleaning lady was kind and helpful.

They let me check in early without any worries. Always a person at the desk no matter what time. Printed forms for me for free. It’s in the middle of the tourist area. Everything is within 1/2 hour walk. Most of the time it’s quicker to walk than public transport. No swimming pool for men.

Location was great. Room was big Not very much supportive staff. AC was not functioning well (they sent technician fixed it for couple of hours then back to old state)

I recently stayed at Diplomatic Suites Baku for 10 nights and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The suite itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bedroom, a clean and modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely sitting room. Having a proper living space rather than just a standard hotel room made the stay feel so much more relaxed and homely — perfect for a longer trip. What really made the difference, however, was the staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The level of service was consistently excellent and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Baku is a beautiful city, and Diplomatic Suites made it an even more memorable visit. I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, space

Good location and clean room. Bed is extremely hard and not comfortable at all, your body will hurt you after waking up, made me hate sleeping time. Also, I was not able to turn on the heater at night because the hotel activated "Summer Mode" even though it got freezing cold at night. Breakfast is not good but also not bad, they only serve eggs and some sweets.

The suite was spacious and had a beautiful view of the towers, the bed was king-size, and overall, comfy. The suite was moderately equipped and had a washing machine, microwave, fridge, and stove. The staff was very helpful, and communication was smooth. Every day, they offered housekeeping services, which were very helpful to keep the apartment clean. The best part was the additional services; we got to use the gym next door, which was very well equipped. The breakfast service was pretty good with many options to choose from. Because we stayed more than 3 nights, we got a free Airport ride. There were some small annoyances with the overall facilities, although nothing too big to complain about: - The door was rattling and didn't lock so well. - The shower's water temperature regulation was faulty, and it took some time to get it to a lukewarm temperature. - The bathroom had a moldy smell - The internet was fast but choppy.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet's selection was big and yummy. The gym they partner with was fully equipped, and it was a great addition. The facilities could be in a better state, especially the bathroom, which had a moldy smell, and the shower had issues with temperature regulation.

The location is nice And the studio was spacious First of all, its not a hotel and can’t compete with 4 stars hotels at all. First, we were 3 ladies and we had 6 heavy luggage, nobody helped us with our luggage instead the staff was sitting relaxing watching us. Secondly, I booked at least two hours before our arrival which was at 11 pm, why should we wait in the lobby till our studio is ready!!! They should prepare immediately after my booking not after our arrival! Thirdly, the breakfast is horrible food tastes and smells so bad zero variety and 50% of the plates were already empty! Fourth, the pictures are slightly different no washing machine for example And finally, all the staff have this weird look whenever we enter to or exit From the lobby area. I have stayed in 3 other properties in Azerbaijan and this was the worst experience I don’t recommend it for anyone.
