The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, and Fisherman’s Village. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to the hotel’s private luxury beach club, which I absolutely fell in love with. It was stunning, peaceful, and made our stay feel extra special 1000000/10

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The pool area was stunning, clean, and perfect for chilling during the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The location in Bophut was also convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect getaway. Breakfast had a good variety and everything felt very fresh and enjoyable. Nothing at all — everything was excellent.

The property is clean The property is nowhere near the beach. You have to take a shuttle from a very remote area that is near nothing to get to the beach club. They want you to do this reservation a day in advance and There often times no beds when you get over to the beach club.

Great location, close to lots of restaurants, near the beach the gym was quite small, only room for 2 people to train at any point.

Swimming pool was lovely, beach resort was fantastic with free transfer to and from. Friendly staff, overall nice environment. Nice size room with towels for washing and separate beach towels provided. The resort has an app which you can sort everything on, from arranging a taxi to getting the maids to clean the room - very handy. Bed was extremely firm, making it hard to get a good night sleep. We paid for breakfast the night before we had it and then got questioned by staff in the morning while eating breakfast if we had paid, very disruptive and annoying. There was CCTV in reception so they could have just checked that. Also for breakfast we paid 1000 Baht (500pp) which is not worth it at all, do not bother! The staff were lovely but put us off after being questioned in front of everyone.

beautiful property and rooms, we were so comfortable (one of the comfiest we stayed in in thailand) the pool area was stunning and we loved the restuarant. Reception staff were very helpful and honest and the shuttle tuktuk was very helpful. GREAT breakfast buffet and options DO NOT be fooled by the photos. This property is not on the beach. We were kinda shocked when we got there and had to go back and check the listing. Its only made clear in one sentence that you are not on the beach and the photos are of the sister property Chi Samui beach club, of which there is a free shuttle bus. The beach club is a 5 minute drive away and you are NOT gaurenteed beds, they need to be prebooked. Although the pool is stunning the sun only covers one half of it during the day so we found other holiday makers laying out their towels and belongings at 7am. The staff should consider putting a stop to this behaviour and give all residents the fair chance to go lay in the sun. If youre not going to relax on the sunbeds when you lay your things down then you shouldnt be able to leave them there to block the beds.

Nice small resort. The food was very good and the apartment was very comfortable. Staff friendly. My son had stomach flu when we arrived, so I spent most of the time in the apartment. Just to be clear, my son did not get sick at Chi Saumi. Would be happy to return. Under better circumstances. Nothing springs to mind.

Very nice accomodartion, rooms are clean, new and big enought. We will come again for sure :) Wifi is great, breakfast are amazing, we love this hotel :) They should have picture from beach on hotel booking- beach is Chi Samui beach club and you should have a reservation for sunbeds.

A nice hotel with comfortable rooms, a great pool, and helpful staff The location isn’t great, and the beach nearby isn’t really nice. The prices at the restaurant are quite high (we paid about 12 euros for two coffees)

Had a very modern look to it and was maintained extremely well. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and a credit to the hotel. The food was lovely besides the fact it was expensive. No hot water in the room, lots of mosquitoes around the pool area, gym had a very limited variety of equipment, photos shown that the pool bar was part of the hotel but turned out to be a separate part which you had to book to enter and was about 10-15 minutes away on foot from the hotel and it was never available to us. Food was very overpriced in the restaurant. We had to pay about 10,000 BHT in additional transport due to there not being much around the hotel to do. Very limited Sun beds in the sun the majority of the beds are in the shade.
