Pool was very nice to relax at and the beach in front of the villa was quiet and calm. The room was cleaned every day during our stay and was quiet. We would choose villa Labaron again.

I can see that it used to be a great place but now it needs to be updated and renewed. In need of a deep cleaning and replacement of certain amenities . The staff was nice when you could see them, since there isn’t a lobby it’s hard to find someone. But we had cold water added to the room everyday. There are kayaks and paddleboard available for free and location was great No super clean and lots of rust, did not feel comfortable and I was staying alone for a week so spent most of my days outside of the villa. The sheets were coloured sheets but with bleach stains, the door was not easy to lock or unlock. My room was at the entrance do I could hear the street noise too well and the AC was not cold enough

The view from the property is brilliant with a nice pool looking onto a sandy beach which leads onto a lovely bay and island views. I made the mistake of thinking the villa we were staying in had it's own pool, I got this impression from the photo. However the pool and area is shared with the other 7 villas and as we had the pool and sea view it made it not very private for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the hosts were so helpful! They helped us with our bags after we arrived a bit late because of our delayed flight. They also allowed us to use their phone to sort out some flight issues for going home. It made our time much more relaxing knowing we could rely on them. All the staff were lovely and the man who was cleaning taught my boyfriend how to cut open a coconut for the juice! The location was perfect, the pool and beach area were very quiet. The villa was lovely and spacious and we were even upgraded for free which was so nice!

2 of the rooms walk out to the pool and beach but easy to share. lived the property koa samui was a little touristy for me. not many taxis and we had to walk along the road to get places.

They clean well, the kitchen is equipped with dishes. There is a pier nearby, a bunch of boats, the smell of gasoline, the sea is murky, the owner's dog shits and pees on children's toys, towels, sun loungers, the owner, to please the long-sleeping neighbors, forbade our grandmother from coming from another hotel to play with the child at 9.30 in the morning near the pool, since the neighbors sleep until 10 in the morning and later. They try to please, but the dog, the smell of gasoline, and the ban on the grandmother visiting the nanny spoiled the whole vacation.

The owners are lovely; the room is cleaned daily, cheap laundry services are provided, the pool is nice, and plenty of sea-related accessories like kyaks, sap, kids' wheels, etc are provided free; its located on a quiet part of the beach are, far from the noisy bars. There are a lot of great restaurants in a 200m radius.

Rooms are exceptionnal and the place really feels like you are in a luxurious villa There is no front desk so it took 10/15 mins to get answer but the guy who answered me was helpful and a really chill guy

The staff were very kind and came out to give us water melon and drinks whilst we were on the front. The room was lovely and we got a great deal. We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks which were free to use Nothing
