The staff are super polite. They have a recycling policy for water bottles. The staff give you a glass bottle, and you can refill it from the cooler anytime. Low shower pressure is a common issue in Phangan or Samui. ?

The ocean view suite (S4) was nice with a sitting g area amd a good amount of space. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. And the location in Bangrak was close to some nice beach bars and restaurants.

Clean rooms, good Wi-Fi, and a great beachfront setup with sunbeds and hammocks. The parrot was incredibly cute and genuinely made me smile every day. The service was a letdown. Aside from one very kind French staff member, most interactions felt cold and impatient, as if guests were an inconvenience. Thailand is famous for its welcoming people, and at times I honestly forgot I was even in Thailand because that warmth was missing.

We didn’t like anything about the property except for the fact that the bedroom was clean however the water is cold. There wasn’t any water heater. We felt that the pictures were a bit misleading. It looked nicer in the picture than it did when we got there. The staff wasn’t friendly either. We didn’t stay there for even a single night and when we requested kindly for a refund, they were very curt and rude and refused bluntly. We were ready to pay a cancellation fee for the 1st night but they didn’t even accept that so they ended up charging us for the entire duration which was very unfair. Other hotels try to find a middle way but they wouldn’t even do that. Very poor customer service.
