First and foremost, spectacular staff; very friendly and most of all genuine. Also with great insights on what to do and where to go. The terrace is also wonderful.

I love this hotel: the room was wonderful - modern, with high-quality furniture and equipment, bathroom had modern design, and it had everything it needed. Very calm! Location was PERFECT, central and close to everything. Good quality herbal teas were offered, which was nice. Staff was very friendly. My 6th stay in Bandol - but this is by far the best accommodation in the town. There were no free spots on the parking of the hotel, but I came in high season. I had no problems with finding a parking spot in nearby streets (10 minutes walking from the hotel).

The room we had was comfortable and clean and fulfilled our needs. The location was good only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and other amenities. The staff were obliging and helpful. 17 euros for a simple breakfast is too expensive, other hotels we stayed at during our two week trip around the south of France provided far superior breakfasts at a lesser cost

The reception team were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. The location was very good. No negative comments.

The location was an easy downhill walk to town. Not so easy returning UPHILL. Our room had a lovely terrace with a fabulous view, thank heavens, because the room was so small you could barely turn around . However the interior design was well done. Good closet space and a very nice, updated small modern bathroom. VERY tiny room. No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Lots and lots of steps every day. On leaving we saw much larger rooms. I would not recommend room 25..
