Great location great staff Charged 15 dollars for a towel after cleaning up a spilled coke. This was after the toilet seat was broken when we arrived and literally fell off the toilet.

I’m glad that I chose Aston Tropicana hotel Bandung. Don’t hesitate to take to chose it too and contact them directly if you have any concerns. I left my sunglasses and they complementary service send it to my Jakarta hotel. Thanks My accommodation was perfect

One disappointing part of our stay was our attempt to order food from Lemongrass Restaurant via WhatsApp, as instructed in the booklet provided in our room. My husband and I followed the instructions and sent our order, but we never received any response, despite the message clearly being delivered. We waited for hours without any updates. If the restaurant no longer accepts orders through WhatsApp, the information in the room should be updated to avoid confusion and frustration. It gave us the impression that the service was still available, and this lack of communication was quite inconvenient.

Location its near to shopping malls I got a room with NO VIEW. Its feels like I slept in a bunker. I wonder there still a hotel really sells that kind of room.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the facilities are awesome. The executive room is very comfortable and spacious. Variation of food and very delicious. Very clean hotel. The hotel's location is so near to the main road, so at night it is really hard to get sleep, even after past 1 am. So loud with cars and motorbikes passing the road.
