The location is near cihampelas walk, so easy to find. The restaurant inside the hotel is not very spacious, so guests have to queue for breakfast.

Great location, in the city center. The staff are nice and helpful. Good value for money. We stayed in the 1st floor, and it’s a bit noisy due to a few kids running around, it’s holiday season, the hotel was very busy. Breakfast menu should be improved.

The Front desk was very helpful with our 3 rooms booking to make sure the rooms are close to each other. and accommodate us on the first floor as we have baby and a wheelchair for elderly travelling. the concierge were helpful to help us carry our belonging every time we left and back from tour around the city. Location is Good. We stayed about 7days in this hotel. Breakfast was almost the same daily. Fruits and salad are not fresh. No housekeeping service everyday unless request and it needed many calls to activate them. swimming pools area were dirty. need to freshen up. Walk way to swimming pool and Gym area need to brighten up.

Nice location just in front of Cihampelas Walk with shopping mall. Lots of shop for tourists and locals along the road in front of the hotel. Lot of eateries serving local food within walking distance. The bed is very comfortable. The room is not spacious enough with no freezer

The location is absolutely awesome near ciwalk and shopping For the room is quite small and the linen looks old.

A good location, a quiet room with electric kettle They provided dental kit which I found handy Except the egg section, other option for breakfast was poor. Staff didn't fill up food quickly. There were more carbo on the menu rather something nutritious. Room facility was average, I didn't like the liquid soap and there was no face towel. I asked for room service, the staff did it quickly and left the dirty glasses.

Good variety of dishes for breakfast. Superb location. Very near to CiWalk and alot of food stalls. Very tiny room due to the placement of the wardrobe. The housekeeping ignored our request for extra pillow and towel on the 1st day despite us calling them many times.
