My bed had some imbalance on the legs. I guess this is the only thing i noticed not really nice. The rest is fine with the price.

Location Room service need improvement. Set cadar seperti tidak berbasuh. Towel tidsk bertukar dan agak lama. Serve kopi/tea witout sugar .?.

There weren't any breakfast provided by the hotel as there weren't any restaurant or cafe in the property premises. All of us were not so please with those basic necessity provided such as bath towels as it weren't clean enough. All of us got to purchase from somewhere.

The staff was nice especially the receptionist. Their service was super bad. I couldn't do early check in (but they told me I can! when I arrived, the room was not ready). The room was not clean. The facilities not match with the price.

I like the location which is closed to Cihampelas Walk where we can find almost everything there. The hotel staff are friendly and nice. Nice simple breakfast (golden rice with accessories) Only the parking area is bit tight as I was there during long weekend and the floor in room is not clean and safe.. prefer to have tile floor. Overall i love staying at Promenade and will recommend to my friends and family. Room floor tile and room corridor.
