Room was spacious with nice big windows. Air con worked. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Location was particularly good for us, we walked to the main attractions, good martabak and street food near by and a shopping mall which is very modern with bigger chain restaurants. I was also able to get a pop mee noodle at night from the drinks cafe inside the hotel which was helpful. I was disappointed that there wasn't any wifi in the room or at breakfast- didn't check to see if there was wifi at reception. The room was clean except for the edges of the room, lots of hair, spilled coffee and when we moved the bin there was rotting fruit behind. We were in room 501 and a man was always sat on the bench outside our room smoking. Maybe people shouldn't smoke in the corridor and should be forced to go down to the lobby/outside.

It was just opposite ciwalk It was really run down and old ... Alot of lizard shit on the wall... And a lot of plaster bug worm cocoons too... Horrible place to stay with baby... Every night we need to request for towel because they don't automatically replace the one they took... Toilets were very dirty and spotted a few Roches!!!!

The location nearest the hotel is close to shops selling clothes, souvenirs and food. Got a lot of choice there but the street very busy. In hotel the bed very comfy. Shampoo + Soap also provided in the room. A lot, the day we arrive the no staff bring up our bag. Just do with own yourself. Hotel sheets are very sad, torn here and there. The towel cloth has also turned yellow and needs to be changed. Requests for hair dryers and extra towels are very slow to be delivered. The towel in the bathroom is very small. Very dangerous if wet. Need more attention other than service, Housekeeping just fixing the sheets, not changing new sheets every day. Breakfast is just normal. A toaster needs to be added, if there is only one and it takes 5 minutes. How long should it take if you have to wait for 10 people to bake bread? Although the location is very good, but to maintain a good optimum for the travelers there, the hotel needs to do something.

Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with one of the rooms where the toilet had a noticeable odor. However, the hotel staff responded promptly and addressed the issue. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, and we noticed that some of the utensils and plates were a bit dusty, which was disappointing.
