The location. 24 hour stay concept. The hotel is minimalistic where the hotel uses exterior corridors (stayed in 6th floors). To keep up the dust in the corridors looks like a constant challenge because of the dust of the traffics.

Not far from the city center. You can easily going anywhere from this hotel. The staffs are really helpfull and great It‘s a four star hotel with budget quality. Breakfast was bare minimum. The food is mostly cold. The room was not really clean. The bathroom window covered with waterspots, floor with molds. You can even see that one side of the building covered in moss from outside. There was no face towel, no body lotion, no conditioner as the 4-star usually have. When you open the room window you can see the street view layered with waterspots and molds too. We have been to many places with industrial concept. But this hotel really showed the sloopiness and poor maintenance concept beside the offered industrial modern concept. One of the bedside lamp was flickering. You can easily see that the floor was stained in many spots.

The breakfast with root top view is amazing. The hotel is closed with attractive places: Gedung Sate, Paris Van Java, Braga street.

Big room for 2 person, view is amazing & helpful staff. Flexible check out time same as check in time is an adding point to the hotel! The room floor feel a bit sandy.

Location was great; next to a shopping mall where I can get some essentials and I could walk to Braga St in 10min. Spacious and comfy room. Friendly staff. Sound isolation wasn't good. I could hear street noise and sound from the bar. I did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast at rooftop because of the limited space. The hotel's 24-hour accommodation model instead of the usual nightly model means the room may not be ready when you check in, which requires some getting used to.

The location is very close to mall, eateries and is quite centralized to many places. The parking valet is very convenience. And all staff are very helpful and hardworking. I was at room 109. The balcony is facing windows to offices on the next building. The air outlet of the next building is also facing my balcony. Other than just for smoking, you can’t relax or chill at the balcony. And I can’t open the curtains for my room as it is directly facing someone’s office. We can actually see people working in their office. Very close proximity.
