The location is very much convenient, near to the mall and Burger King is 24hrs, very easy to get food. The staffs were so friendly, humble and helpful. None

In the muddle of braga, mall across the hotel, coffee cafes, factory outlet all around none

On the downside, the bathroom floor is not properly sloped, so water tends to pool after showering. The parking area is also quite small. While the hotel provides valet parking, not everyone may feel comfortable handing over their car, so this could be an inconvenience for some guests.

The room is good, clean, n comfortable… BUT… Totally disappointed with the breakfast.. sooooo bad. Some, taste very salty, or tasteless. Spread is not that good. The quality of the food is soo below average even the fruits or salads didn’t look n taste good. The pastries even worse. I booked for 3 days. N regretted it. will not repeat here & not recommended. This is the only eating place we went in Bandung that we regretted. Many guests didn’t even finish their food on the table

Great location, great value and helpful staffs. Little bit smell when entering the reception area, good thing no smell in the room. Bed its ok not really comfortable.

The parking space is too narrow so it is hard for us to put the luggage. I think the space is just for 2 cars not 3 cars

The staff in charge of arranging drop and loading vehicles prioritize those who provide tipping, even though it disturbe other customers they didn't care.

Location, spacious rooms. As this is high season, I think the hotel got overloaded. The lobby cramped during check ins and outs. Parking que takes time. I booked for three days but my keys was mistakenly timed for two, i think because for the high season mistakes happen.

On the first night, I was assigned a room where the lighting and cleanliness did not fully meet my expectations; however, the team handled this very professionally. They promptly changed my room, upgraded me to a superior category, and provided a room with an exceptional view and a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall cleanliness, bed comfort, and the quick response from maintenance were excellent. Some areas of the hotel and parts of the furniture would benefit from renovation and modernization
