Reception staff tried to help. Windows didnt close properly for a start, making the rooms very loud to the traffic outside. Ended up having to take a smoking room which was very unpleasant as non smokers, the room smelt disgusting. The ceiling was leaking water all over the floor, cigarette burns all over the carpets. Shower only had luke warm water, overall felt like a very dirty room. I messaged asking for a refund for the night when the ceiling was leaking all night as they had no other rooms, i was offered an emergency room with no aircon and no working bathroom and they were unable to move me to another hotel, but i never got a reply. Terrible experience in this hotel!

The location was ok The cleanliness of the room. The pillow cover was full of stain and smells bad. The tap water sink was dirty and almost broken. A lot of smelly and stained part on the floor. Wallpaper below the tv was teared. Too noisy at night as it was so close to the road and don’t have soundproof system at the room

located at the center of Bandung, close to all attractions and also mall lots of ants inside the room, even on bed there are lots of very small ants that bites you…. this is the only problems I’ve had during my stay

Nothing. I honestly could not find anything. The entire hotel was horrible and dirty. Disgusting. We were put in a room with bed sheets that were dirty and bed not even made up. They moved us to another room that was infested with ants and cockroaches. The bathroom was a bacteria trap! Breakfast was no better. The toaster looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 10 years and food not cooked properly. Many kids at place next door, so be ready to have crying and squealing at 6am.
