Nothing The accommodation is unbealiveble dirty. The pictures on the internet do not reflect the reality. Although very tired after a long journey and arriving at the accommodation at almost 11 pm, I could not stay there because everything was very dirty. The bed linen were no longer white, and full of stains, dust everywhere, the bathroom looked horrible. When I refused the room they showed me a second room, a little better, but not enough so that I don't feel repugnance to sleep there. At the reception they told me to request a free cancellation on the website, which I did. Booking.com informed me that the request was sent to the property and we have to wait for its response. The receptionist said that he did not have access to the Booking.com account or to the e-mail and that he had asked the company he collaborates with in this regard to send the acceptance, but he assured me that it would be solved. At some point I decided to leave because it was too late anyway and I had to look for other accommodation. After about half an hour booking informed me that my free cancellation request was rejected by the property. The next day I went to the hotel to ask for the key. Unfortunately they gave me the one from the second room, which was cleaner, and I took a few pictures. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures of the first room where the stains on the linen were much more visible, but I hope these pictures are though clear enough. I definitely don't recommend!!!

Strategic location.. hot water function well.. staff is friendly.. Aircond not cold..we woke up sweating.. bathroom a bit smelly..

NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Thumbs down for this property! My booking is confirmed, but my room is sold to another guest. I've arrived at 3am on the next day but i was told that the room is fully booked and is sold to another guest even though i have put note that i'll be coming after midnight.

Location was near to the city. Was charge in the increments of price stated on the apps. Get notifications shown that i am was not perform to check in.

Hotel has a good location near train station. Room should be cleaned better. Very slow wifi (no chance to open any website). Biggest surprise - no toilet paper in bathroom. Staff told us, that they dont have any toilet paper there and they didn’t try to do anything, just smiling - go and buy it yourself… Very uncomfortable bed.

Staff are accommodating, kind, and polite. The place is near the city hall and train station. Located in the main highway so very accessible to all. The place is quiet and peaceful. Had a safe and relaxing stay here!

staff was really nice room was dirty and smelled really weird. The sheets were not clean. Bathroom was also dirty the Airconditioning is very loud and also other machines outside

The location was great. The hotel is in walking distance to the train station and Braga street. The reception was not a 24h reception as stated. We wanted to check out at around 5:30. After 20 minutes of waiting, we left the key on the desk. The room itself was very basic. Don't expect a window or warm water.

Why I give a good review? Because the staff was really kind and helpful during our stay. The room was very spacious, the beds alright and the bath room was outdated but did its job. The staff also helped us arranging transport and a tour and did a good job. When we arrived our booking seemed to be cancelled. We had to redo our booking for double the price. So in the end we paid three times for the room. I have read many stories about OYO and they seem true. The staff doesn't know about anything but OYO just wants your money double time. It takes a lot of effort to get your money back from booking.com. Stay away from OYO unless you like a challenge to get your money back.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The reception is open 24/7. The bathroom wasn't really clean. There were ants and it smelled pretty bad.
