A lovely resort style hotel. Staff and amenities were great. Right on the beach and a great pool. Stayed in the off season though so may be different when its full of Europeans. Can't fault the hotel its self, but its a little bit out the way.

The buffer was great, a wonderful spread daily. Of all the hotels we visited, this was the best buffet. Out hotel room was cool, beds comfy, and bathroom was noce. Folks were friendly. Overall, great stay and would consider staying again. I didn't like the fact that we had to put up 5000 baht cash for a room deposit, entirely too much and the front desk was not the nicest about it. The neighbors next door were too easy to hear, kept us up late at night. Limited TV channels to watch anything non-Thai. I also thought the pool was dated looking and could use a refresh. This location is not close to most of the areas needed to visit so it ended up costing time and money for Grab rides.

The property is within close proximity to the airport 30 minutes away. The facility is traditional and has nice grounds. It is a less luxurious interior but for the price point it is perfect. The grounds were immaculately landscaped and very clean overall. I like that the towels and bedding all seemed really new even though it is an older hotel. Also the hotel is right in the beach. I find it very dark interior because of the older traditional style.

Our second visit and even better than the first! The staff were just so nice and helpful. Always going out of their way to help you. We had three rooms booked and when one rook connected with another family that was loud, they quickly moved us to an upgraded room. Rooms were spotless and nice cold AC. We had two rooms that were pool access. Breakfast was large and good selection. We were always able to find a chair by the pool. Good diversity of guests from all over the world, so it was a nice environment. We plan to come back next year for sure!! We stayed in three different areas during our time in Phuket and this was our favorite hotel of all three. Nothing. Everything was great

The area is quite secluded, the restaurant is wonderfully situated, our children had their own room which was a bonus. Breakfast is absolutely amazing with one of the best spreads I have seen. The kids club is erratic in timing and often there was nobody present inside with little to do, as promised on the timetable. The pillows are not hotel standard, they feel like they are falling apart inside.

Good location and nice pool. Lots of good restaurants and stores nearby. No elevator. A bit tired of a resort but overall good value and kind staff. Beds are not up to par and very thin.

People that didnt obey the no smoking policy & didnt stick to the smoking areas.

Location was wonderful with direct access to beach and pools with children having their own pools It is about 45 minutes drive to Patong but there is a shuffle bus to take you at a cost Food was ok and there are a few restaurants outside the resort also We had a nice time Nothing really

An amazing location just steps from the beach. Lots of great restaurants on the beach as well as on the street behind the resort. Fantastic breakfast and loads of sunbeds for lazing near the pool or beach. We were so lucky they upgraded us to a bungalow so we had loads of space and our own little piece of paradise. Nothing comes to mind.

Nothing not to like. More about comparison in other hotels in other Thai resorts while we toured Thailand. Big hotel and breakfast ok.

The property is right next to the beach and in walking distance of a good selection of bars and restaurants. Our rooms were very big, clean, and comfortable. The 2 pools are nice and there are more than enough sun loungers both at the pools and along the beach front. The spa facilities were excellent value for money and the food at the restaurants was varied and nice. We found all the staff to be helpful and friendly.
