The room was spacious and very comfortable. Nice beds and huge refrigerator that you can fill and enjoy cold drinks. Pool was nice extra and we spend a lot of time over there when it was not raining. The breakfast was tasty and there was also plenty of from to choose. Service over all was very good and checking in and out were effortless and fast. The place is near the beach and that was one of the reasons we took this place. We were here second time and for sure we are coming again. I really love this place and I strongly recommend this to others too - you won`t be disappointed. There was no restaurant that would have been open late hours, but it did not effect on our trip because in that area there´s a lot of selection concerning bars and restaurants from were to choose.

Good location, 7/11 next door and lots of nice restaurants within minutes walk. Cross the road to the beach. Room nice a spacious. We were a family of 4 so couldn’t have one of the bungalows, so we had one of the rooms which was on the roadside, which did give road noise at night.

the south part of Bangtao Beach is absolutely over-developed ... and this madness continues to accelerate. There will be an even more dramatic mismatch between visitors and beach in the future.

hotel provided fresh sheets /towels and bottled water daily. bathroom rather drainy smell and dated but doesnt affect the stay here at all. Breakfast buffet is really great value & fresh. staff are really friendly and accomodating. would definately stay here again i have no complaints, the place is great value has everything you need.

The location being just off the beach makes this hotel good value compared to those directly on the beach. Room was large - on the older side, but adequate. I didn't like that the AC was not on unless we were in the room - it's hot!!

A perfect location, the beach is just across the road from the hotel, next to a 7/11 and close to some bars, restaurants, exactly what we were after. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lovely rotating daily, the pool was perfect and clean, the room we had was nice, a little outdated but otherwise perfect for our few days stay. Would highly recommend ? No faults at all.
