Location was good. Seems to need some updating.

The ground floor rooms leading straight onto the pool with your own private garden area was lovely. The kids club is literally a room with some toys which could really do with a clean. The aircon was also not working which meant the room was very hot inside. Secondly, the breakfast was very basic. No yoghurts, very little variety and no option of cheese/ fresh ham/ honey to name a few.

Location was good, only a 5 min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and beach bars close by. The beds are really comfortable but the pillows are too hard , bathroom really could do with a revamp.

Great area to stay, really lovely for families. Hotel was nice and staff were very friendly, pool needs a little fixing as in tiles on the pool floor, but great value, clean rooms and nice staff.

Location was good near the beach and not noisy. Huge pool to enjoy. There wasn't a bar service and the food service is mainly breakfast.

The staff were all excellent! Very friendly, very happy to help us out and we felt we bonded with them during our stay.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, lovely pool.. A few of us found the pillows in the bedroom very hard and uncomfortable.. very poor choice for vegetarians at breakfast..

It had a nice pool, but one of my kids with only swimming for around 30 mins in it has really sore eyes and wouldn’t get be in on the last day The shower design is really bad in the room we had, water leak from it and the bath mat was soaked before the first person got out of the shower, the bathroom smelt of mould, the room smelt funny and we had to have the door of our balcony open during the day when we where there. Breakfast was included but I guess you get what you pay for (nothing) breakfast wasn’t great

Everything was great, but I want to point out that it is currently the low season. I’m curious how things would work during the high season. Nothing.

The bed in the room was good and the staff were friendly The breakfast was not good and they give you tea and coffee in room without spoon.

Very helpful staff, nice pool, comfy bed, good size room. The location is close to the beach and has some bars and restaurants around. Although it's classed as Bang Tao, in a taxi, Surin is closer than Boat Avenue. Breakfast needs some vegan options! The bathroom was a little dated.

The room was very spacious, very comfortable K sized bed and pillows. The bathroom was ok, but between the shower and bedroom is a big window, which had a broken and torn roll down screen, which is useless. The balcony was also spacious, but we had to move our bedroom furniture out there to sit on, as it was empty. ? Staff bent over backwards to help with any issues we had (TV was a major one, then the kettle stopped working). Coffee and Green tea(only) supplied. If you like black tea, byo, as they tried to charge us extra! They have a basic fitness room which was well utilised, once it's opened, and machines are turned on... We found a great restaurant called Riverside, about 1k down the road. Food was amazing. If you like massage parlours (with the happy endings), then this is the place for you! It's smack bang in the middle of a whole heap of them. And you can hear the music at night, when you go to bed. The breakfast buffet was the lowlight of the day. What a disappointment ? The variety was really poor, 3 types of chopped up fruits, plain yoghurt, a small salad bar. (Lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and cucumber) And for the supposedly hot section, cold frozen chips, cold tasteless noodles, cold tasteless fried rice, cold overcooked (chicken) ham/ sausages, waffles every second day, and then there was the egg station, fried eggs which were undercooked or omelettes not made to order, but left in a tray to get cold. All the food was on induction cooktops, but not turned on.? Coffee, tea and cordial(not juice!) continually ran out, as did the cups. The whole place is a bit tired and in need of a make over, grout (and tiles) missing in alot of places in the pool. No showers by the pool to wash off before or after, either.? You may think you're in Moscow, not Thailand!
