We received a very warm welcome on arrival, including welcome drinks, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The resort is beautiful, with particularly lovely views over the lagoon, as well as a long and attractive beach. We also sincerely appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture. The kids’ club was excellent, and the staff there made our children feel very welcome. The resort has several restaurants, and we particularly enjoyed the Thai restaurant, where the food was delicious and highly recommended. Our main disappointment was discovering only after arrival that two of the resort’s three main swimming pools were closed for maintenance. We had not been informed beforehand, and because we were staying for nine nights with children, the pools were an important reason for choosing the resort. Had we known, we might have selected another hotel for such a long stay. The air-conditioning also did not cool the room sufficiently. Our first complaint was not attended to, and although a technician came after we complained again, the improvement was only temporary. Room cleaning was superficial during the first few days, with dust and some areas left untouched. After a further complaint, the hotel apologised and arranged a deeper clean, and the standard then improved. However, on our final day, we moved the work desk and found a very dirty and dusty area behind it, including items apparently left by previous guests, suggesting it had not been cleaned for a long time. The in-room dining was also disappointing. Prices were high in relation to the small portions and average quality. Moreover, some items were missing in the meals for example, we ordered 2 x American breakfast and ilthey forgot to include sausages nor beans as advertised. Which they brought after calling them several times. Finally, food served in the hotel’s restaurants was noticeably better.

Housekeeping was good, hotel staff cordial. 1. The facilities were all under maintenance, this wasn't mentioned during booking. So we paid premium for nothing. 2. Kids activities very very limited 3. Bathroom is too small and get messy very fast. 4. Breakfast was very normal. The two reasons I'd booked for the facilities and Breakfast were non existent or not good at all.

It was one of my best stays, this hotel has everything inside the hotel, from kids activities, good restaurants, nature etc. Very good staff always smiling

The food is very good and room service is efficient and responsive. The gym is well-equipped with everything needed for both cardio and strength training. Located in a quiet, peaceful area, making it a great choice for both couples and families. A market is just a short 7 minute drive away. Perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing and calm stay.

We originally staying in duplex which was very old and dated. The was ants everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms were overrun with them. We then upgraded to a newer apartment with a rooftop pool and that was fantastic. Spotless clean and staff were amazing. Apartment we upgraded to was beachfront angsana. Lots of activities for families and great playground. Nice pools too Breakfast was ok. Always super busy. Duplex apartment very dated with ant problems. Overall a old hotel with good family facilities

Amazing views, exceptional facilities - we really enjoyed the boat to canal village, great staff - offered late check out for room in a blink, great location next to amazing beach restaurants - smigos and close to shopping areas Nothing
