During my recent stay at this hotel, my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the discrepancy between the room advertised on the booking website and the room that was actually provided. When I made the reservation, the room photos displayed on the booking site showed a spacious and well-maintained room with proper amenities. Based on those images and the description, I expected to receive a similar room upon arrival. However, when I checked in, I was given a completely different room that was much smaller and did not resemble the photos shown online. The room I received felt cramped and lacked the appearance and comfort that were presented on the booking platform. It seemed misleading because the pictures used for promotion gave the impression of a larger and better-equipped room. I raised this concern with the reception staff immediately and informed them that the room did not match the one advertised. Unfortunately, the response from the receptionist was simply that the room shown in the photos was not available at the moment. No proper alternative solution or upgrade was offered, which was quite disappointing as a guest who had booked the room based on those specific images and expectations. Overall, I believe hotels should ensure that the rooms displayed on booking websites accurately represent what guests will receive. If certain room types are not available, this should be clearly communicated during the booking process rather than after the guest arrives. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency in their room listings to avoid similar experiences for future guests.
