Excellent location, and even more so due to the hotel being just a little behind the main road avoiding all the noise of the traffic. Staff are friendly. The first couple of days we had a room that had a bathroom without a shower curtain or partition, causing the entire area to become wet. Also their system to greet customers and take orders on the phone malfunctioned, causing delays or unnecessary updates.. apparently this was a new system, probably doesnt exist any more.

Very nice place to stay and this hotel is a good area where we can easily reach mg road, brigade road and church street etc. I love the hotel and location Best service ever. I love their behavior and support. Thank you Bikash & Sayed . Thanks a-lot for making us happy ❤️

Location It was very really dirty, we had to ask staff to change all bedsheets, there were stains and hair everywhere
